Alti pini e alberi di Cassine offrono una splendida cornice per il nostro 1200 piedi quadrati, due camere da letto due e un mezzo bagno residenza cittadina a Cassine Garden. E 'l'ideale allontanarsi per il relax. Il complesso Cassine giardino è privato e ancora solo poche centinaia di iarde dalla spiaggia. Appena fuori la nostra porta sul retro è un lago per la pesca scenico con passeggiata sul ponte. Dalla nostra porta di casa si è a pochi passi da una delle due piscine. I campi da tennis sono situati direttamente dietro la piscina. Il percorso naturalistico all'interno del complesso vi offre un'opportunità unica per una tranquilla passeggiata. Se si sceglie di godere di una cena privata a casa, la nostra cittadina è arredato con una cucina completamente attrezzata.  Se mangiare fuori è più a proprio piacimento, ci sono diversi ottimi ristoranti in pochi minuti, insieme ad alcuni mercati di pesce grande che il vapore tua gamberi freschi con il vostro condimento preferito. La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto queen-size e bagno privato completo, con un balcone che si affaccia sul laghetto. Tv a schermo piatto. La seconda camera ha due gemelli, TV a schermo piatto con un bagno completo. La zona giorno ha un nuovo divano letto matrimoniale e numerose comode sedie, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, e pavimento di piastrelle. I nuovi mobili da cucina, ripiani ed elettrodomestici belle. Lavatrice e asciugatrice privata. Siamo certi che il tempo a nostra cittadina sarà rilassante, divertente e spensierato. Recentemente abbiamo aggiunto Wi-Fi nella cittadina. Si prega di chiamare o e-mail se avete domande o bisogno di ulteriori informazioni. Non sarete delusi con residenza cittadina.

The property is clean, comfortable, and well furnished with high quality linens and a well appointed kitchen to meet every need for preparing meals and entertaining guests.The location is away from the traffic sounds of 30A, yet beach access is an easy 10-minute walk away. The view of the lake provides a serene, peaceful atmosphere to relax and enjoy Seagrove’s beautiful sunsets.Check in was seamless, and the host was readily accessible and available to answer questions and to address any needs.We look forward to returning to this property many times in the future.

A perfect place for our family of 5 (2 adults, a 3 year old, 1 year old, and 1 month old) to relax for 2 weeks. Dad and the older kids utilized the pool or headed to the beach (an easy 5-minute walk) daily. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable and communication with the owner was reliable. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location

Location was amazing, quick five minutes to the beach,10 minute bike ride to Seaside, 25 minutes to Rosemary. Condo is comfortable, Steve’s communication is great. Our family of five can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Nice condo in a great location

Very nice unit in a quiet setting away from the crowds of 30A. Pretty setting. The unit seemed to have everything we needed. Very clean. The manager/owner was very accessible although we didn't need him for anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet community, great location!

Our family loved our first-time visit to the area and our stay in this private community just off 30A, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The newly renovated townhome had all the comforts of home. We were thrilled to be so close to the pool and tennis courts, and also have a beautiful view of the pond and fountain. Steve was an excellent host who was very helpful to give ideas for things to do in the area and was quickly available to answer any questions. We highly recommend!

Great experience

Exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The condo was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as restaurants and shops, and across the street from the pool. Communication with Stephen was also very quick and responsive and he gave great instruction and details for check in/out. My daughters and I had a great time and we'd definitely stay here again!

Cassine Garden is a great neighborhood with walking trails back through the woods, tennis courts, and good biking without going on 30a itself. And this condo is right in the middle of it with views onto the lake and fountain. The condo is updated and worked great for our family of 6. The manager is very attentive. We had a great time.

Quiet Complex, Excellent Location

This was our family's first time in Florida, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Steve contacted me within hours of booking and let me know I could reach him anytime I needed. Whenever I had questions, he was very quick to respond. The condo was updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was right across the street and the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. I cannot say enough positive things about this property, we will definitely be back!

What's not to like?

The property is located in a very desirable location along 30A. The unit itself is in the best location in the development. It is located on the pond with two balconies to enjoy the tranquil sounds of the fountain while enjoying your favorite libation. On arrival we found the home very clean and inviting. It is well appointed with all the amenities you will need for a great vacation. Steve, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and will be available to answer any questions you might have. You will not find a better value along 30A. Book this unit, you will not be dissapointed.

Great spot for a relaxing vacation!

My family enjoyed out first visit to this area. Steve was very responsive with any questions I had. 2 bikes come with the rental which was great! Very clean unit. We will definitely be back!!

Summer Rental

My children and I have stayed at this property the last two years. I will not hesitate to return, the amenities are all top notch and the location of the pool and beach make access for my young children quite easy. Additioanlly, the community is safe and everyone we have come in contact with the past two years have been very family oriented. I reccommend this property to anyone with children and look forward to returning with my kids again in the future.

Enjoyable stay

We have been going to Cassine Gardens for many, many years and always enjoy our stay. This was our second time at this unit and we love its location. Look out from your back patio and view the nice pond and a bridge to the other side. It takes you right to a gazebo where you can have cookouts or just relax on the swing. The unit was in very good shape and we felt right at home. The two bikes are an extra bonus. Speaking of bikes, the trails close by are excellent. Pedal right up to Sea Side and Water Color or down to Water Sound. I like mountain biking so spent a lot of time on the forest trails right from our front door. Also, enjoy the hiking trails right on the property or the connecting trail down to Eastern Lake ( excellent picnic spot) and from there into the state forest. Many of the fine and casual restaurants are within walking or biking distance away. Each day would start with a walk on the immaculate white sand beach (also excellent for jogging on) that extends as far as the eye can see. Weather was a little bit on the cool side (mid sixties) so didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool just steps from our front door. This is the place to stay at for anyone wanting a relaxing vacations without a high-rise atmosphere. Very spacious surroundings and you feel very close to nature. Highly recommended!!

Amazing vacation spot

This is a place I would come back to, inspite of not having a dryer working the week we stayed there. The view was amazing, nature trails were a great place to venture, the pool was right outside the condo across the parking space, bicyles were a nice way to travel around the area. The beach had easy access and just a short walk away. Seaweed was a bit thick in places this year but still we enjoyed the lovely beach and sunsets. It was perfect to have both the lake and the ocean so close to enjoy. The condo was clean and well supplied. We got in a few fishing trips, canoeing, race Track in Destin and Goofy Golf. You are close to both Destin and Panama City. Grocery store was close by but I would not recommend going on Saturday night because it is crowded with everyone checking in. Great fun for every age.

Spring Break 2012

Very nice place. Clean, well maintained area. Beds were comfy and the condo was furnished wiith all the necessities and perks (such as the blender, bikes, cooler, beach chairs). It is close enough to walk to the beach but tucked away in a private setting. Close to many great restaurants and we loved Seagrove! Beautiful beaches and neat town. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. We will go back!

We’ve been coming to the Seagrove area since 1984. We have many fond family memories of our beach trips with our kids and their friends when they were little and now the fun continues with our grandkids.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love our quiet, peaceful setting within the complex. When we purchased there were Townhomes at the front of the complex on 30A. We chose to avoid the traffic sounds and purchased our unit toward the back of the complex. We are very happy with our decision. A little further from the beach but well worth it with the lack of traffic noise, close to the pool and a nice patio and balcony view of the pond.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Great view of the pond and having the pool right out our front door is handy, especially for those guests with kids. Having 2 full bathroom was a must. When everyone has stretched the day at the beach or pool and all are trying to get out the door for evening fun the extra shower has been a plus.
