**New listing due to ownership change** Welcome to Harmony Sands, a recently updated GULF FRONT townhome on Seagrove Beach boasting unobstructed views of the Gulf from the main floor and master bedroom decks. A short 100 steps from the sand, enjoying a day at the beach doesn’t get much easier! At the end of the day you can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower before heading up to the air conditioning to relax.

This property is ideal for a peaceful family getaway. Accommodating up to six guests, you will enjoy a master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with a queen bed, and a cozy private room with built-in twin bunkbeds. The queen bedroom and bunk room are connected, separated by a pocket door (the bunkroom is a pass through).

There are Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, a wall-mounted arcade console in the bunk room featuring over 6,000 retro and classic video games, and a plush sectional to watch a movie or enjoy the sweeping view of the crystal blue Gulf. The main floor private deck features a table for six perfect for an outdoor meal while enjoying the sunset. The well-appointed kitchen features updated appliances and full amenities. A full-sized washer/dryer is available in the covered carport area for your exclusive use.

Seagrove Beach is perfectly located between Seaside/Watercolor to the west and Alys/Rosemary Beach to the east. Close to all the restaurants and shopping, but away from the crowds and traffic congestion.

All reservations include a starter supply of amenities to include bathroom toiletries, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent.

Amazing Access to Beach and Incredible View!

Couldn't have asked for a better location! Just steps away from the beach and an incredible view of the ocean. Enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and watching the dolphins at night. Property Manager was super fast to respond with questions, both before and during our stay. The beach chairs were an added bonus and MUCH appreciated!

Immaculate Home with Unbeatable Location!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Seagrove! The house has been gorgeously remodeled with thoughtful details throughout, and the moment we walked in, we could feel how much care and love had been put into it. The view is absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better!! Just a short, easy walk to the beach. The home was spotless, which we really appreciated. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, making everything from booking to check-out smooth and stress-free. It truly felt like a peaceful, luxurious escape. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family has been visiting 30A since the 90’s! We had the best week EVER at Harmony Sands. The unit in Sea Grove is located in a small complex with beautiful beach views. Recently updated, we found the home to be very clean and comfortable.Also, so cute! Our grandson loved the bunk room. The master was roomy with lovely views. The home is located on one of 30 A’s best kept secrets. Walton Dunes beach access is flat and just a short walk. We enjoyed dining at some of our favorite local restaurants. Cafe 30 A,Old Florida Fish House and Sea Grove Market Cafe. The owners are some of the best we have ever rented from. They were so easy to contact and excellent hosts. We made so many sweet memories with our extended family and hope to return again.
