Completely renovated and completed in 2025, this property features all new furniture, floor coverings and accessories. The designer kitchen is all new and perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the property. Spectacular private terrace features golf course views.

The property is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay.

There is free parking within the gated community next to the property.

Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.

We have a ring doorbell camera at the entrance of this property, All guests entering and exiting the property will be recorded.

Mother/Daughter Trip - Great Success!

My mom & I greatly enjoyed our time staying at this property. We came to FL to escape the cold of our home town and to celebrate a birthday. This property made our trip enjoyable with its ease, cleanliness, and location. Our villa was very neat and clean with all needed appliances available. The heated swimming pool was right across the parking lot and there were many opportunities for quiet walks across the beautifully landscaped property, which included course views and lakes.

Too much too little

Checked in at required time and the unit had not been cleaned from the last renters called property manager and had somebody over within a half hour and cleaned the whole place. The property manager called and wanted to take the living room rug out of the unit said it had to go in another unit my husband said no way. There were also slats missing on some of the windows which didn’t give us that much privacy. For the price we paid these things should have been taken care of.

I am sorry the unit was not ready until 3:30pm. The previous guest departed late and our cleaner was scrambling to get it ready on time. we asked to have the living room rug removed so it could be cleaned. When the guest declined, we had it cleaned when the guest departed. Our cleaner mentioned it should be cleaned and that is why we asked the guest. The unit now has brand new plantation shutters and the slat blinds have been removed.

Great Rental for Families

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this rental in Palm Beach Gardens. It was clean & recently renovated with nice furniture in the living, dining & bedrooms. The apartment fit 3 adults & 2 kids comfortably. The property was right across from the pool - in walking distance. The property manager was attentive & checked in to ensure all our needs were being met & that we had no issues. We would definitely return!

i stayed 6 weeks Nov and early Dec 2021. Very much enjoyed the condo. Sweet community right near the pool. Modern, simple furniture very easy to maintain. Very comfortable and lovely quiet, open views to fairways beyond. The back porch is wonderful and the owners are very responsive to any issues you may have. A lovely experience.

The best.

We spent almost two weeks at this beautiful condo and were so sad to leave. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and extremely well maintained.
