Has Travertine Floors, Granite Counter tops, Custom All wood cabinets, Stainless steel appliances, carpet in bedrooms, 1/2 bath downstairs. Electric , Wifi and Water included, no pets or smoking please.

**Property is 2 stories with 20 steps so please keep this in mind** This unit is located minutes across the street from the Ocean.

Great place to stay!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with anything you could need. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. It is in a great location close to Pepper Beach. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

Condo is nicely furnished. Kitchen is very small and most cabinets are awkward to access; no kitchen table, counter seating only. Could use large mixing bowl for food prep, various size serving bowls and storage containers. Also a full size blanket for each bed would be nice on cool nights and a barbeque grill; small tabletop charcoal grill was rusty and nasty inside. Condo Association has no amenities. In comparison to other homes we have wintered at over the course of many years in this area, we feel this unit is slightly overpriced for what it has to offer. Owner is very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Excellent place for a warm getaway

Convenient and comfortable. Walk to beach. Also handy to gas, store and restaurant. Beautifully appointed kitchen and decor throughout. Super comfy bed. Two outdoor seating areas. Recommend!

The unit is located on the "Quiet" North Hutchinson Island in the "Galleons". Our unit is surrounded by many beautiful uncrowded beaches and Fort Pierce State Park. We are minutes from the Ocean & Minutes from the Lagoon. You'll enjoy fishing, swimming, beaching, tanning, bicycling and more!
