South Texas in the Winter? on the Beach!

Spend the cold winter months at South Padre Island Texas in your own rented condo unit. South Texas climate is comfortable winter or summer. The Dolphin Condo unit is equipped with an outside balcony with each private bedroom. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and private bath along with a closet. Between the two bedrooms is a "loft" area which contains two twin beds. All these are upstairs.

Downstairs the kitchen is fully furnished with a dining table which seats six and two chairs at the kitchen bar. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs along with washer/dryer.

Backyard commons area to the Dolphin Condo complex has swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Two designated parking areas per unit are afforded. Grocery store and Island Clinic 1/2-1 block away. The beach of South Padre, which is the most beautiful beach in Texas, and what SPI is noted for, is directly across Gulf Blvd. from the Dolphin Condo complex.

Other activities available are: para-sailing, sail-boarding, dolphin watching, the south Texas version of the nationally famous Schlitterbahn Water Park, and beautifully designed and challenging South Padre Island Golf Club. A short drive nearby lands one at the 45,000 acre Laguna National Wildlife Refuge for birdwatching and animal observance. Matamoros, Mexico is only a short 35 minutes away for shopping, sightseeing, and also medicine purchases.

**Please NOTE. Dolphin Condo associational rules absolutely prevent renting to Spring Break participants, i.e. students unless there is parental accompaniment with the students.**
