NEW on the vacation market! Experience the ideal combination of island relaxation and unbeatable rental rates at this charming second-floor condo situated on South Padre Island! Perfectly located just a block from the beach and only steps away from Padre Boulevard, this inviting getaway places you right in the center of the excitement—whether you want to soak up the sun, explore local shops and activities, or simply enjoy a laid-back tropical vibe.
This well-appointed condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The open-concept layout of the living, dining, and kitchen areas creates a spacious atmosphere—ideal for family gatherings after a day filled with island fun. Relax in the cozy seating for a movie night or enjoy a home-cooked meal around the dining table, with the fully equipped kitchen ready to handle everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. The living area also features a convenient powder bathroom.
The second floor of this condo features two bedrooms that offer comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of storage with two full bathrooms, both en-suite, to make esure that everyone can get ready for the day without hassle. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and two twin trundle beds. A mini washer and dryer within the unit adds to the convenience, making longer stays or sandy beach days a breeze.
Just outside your door, enjoy the complex’s shared amenities, including a sparkling pool and a sun-soaked deck that invites you to relax and unwind.

The owners of Habitat #17 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.
You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.
VayKLife is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Please park ONLY in the parking space of unit 17 and or marked as "guest." Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ We do not allow pets in this property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed exterior dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Pool hours are 9am to 10pm. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No horseplay, glass,parties, large floats or pets in the pool area. Please appropiate swimwer only.
7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.
8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Break within certain rules. Please ask.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Childs highchair and/or pack and play are available by request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.
"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.
For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.
Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly bookings made directly with Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals will qualify for a 96% refund if they occur more than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date. It is important to note that a service fee of $25 will apply to all cancellations, irrespective of when they are made. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date. This policy does not apply to reservations that benefit from monthly discounts. If you make your vacation reservation through any other online booking methods, please consult their cancellation policy.
The host will not cover the costs of a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses resulting from a disruption in utilities, which includes water, internet, cable, or electrical services. Should there be an interruption of water, internet, cable, or electricity lasting longer than 8 hours, guests may choose to cancel their reservation and seek a refund for the unused nights. However, please note that we will not issue refunds for nights that have already been utilized.
