Cozy cabana

Nothing amiss- fully equipped as a beach day home base!However we could not find a cutting board (apart from a small fish shaped wooden one). Apart from that 5 out of 5 stars across the board.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Lisa was easy to communicate with and we appreciated that she offered to have linens there for us. The house is cute and in a great location. It had everything we needed!

Great Spot!

We stayed this past August and it was perfect for us. This is a great spot for younger families as well. Easy water access. The home was clean, and had what we needed to get through the week. We would for sure conaider this for another vacation!

Perfect Cape House!

We loved this house. Great location, awesome indoor layout and outdoor decks, fire pits and grills. 5 min walk to an awesome little beach. Perfect.

Fantastic Spot!

Spent three nights here while visiting the East Coast for a family wedding. The house is beautiful and a fun space, easily accommodating our family of five. A quick walk to a great beach, and easy access to all the Mid-Cape has to offer. The hosts were responsive and gracious. Wonderful experience!

Sweet House, Fabulous Beach

Our stay was lovely - - we especially enjoyed all of the outdoor seating and dining options (and of course the quick walk to such a fantastic beach where we swam and relaxed and where my kids spent hours searching for and catching crabs). My kids LOVED the lounge and sleeping lofts. Lisa was communicative and responsive.

Nice getaway for the weekend

Host was great, communicated with us regularly about check in process and answered any questions we had. Generously took care of having our linens there for us and letting us arrive a little early. Which was great Not a place to stay with kids over 13 due to sleeping quarters. House does need some updating and organizing, but overall a nice stay

Cozy, comfortable cottage for long fall weekend with the family.

The cottage and grounds were wonderful. The yard was exceptional with pleasing landscaping, and lots of room and seating options. The cottage was comfortable and nicely decorated. The lofts were so cute. The shed and yard were stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fun summer vacation (paddle boards, kayaks, beach gear, grill). We happened to visit in the fall but appreciated the fire pit, fence lights and the quick walk to the beach.

Great Location

Cute little house. Location was great. Outdoor space was fabulous! Wouldn't recommend for a large group. Says it sleeps 8 people which seems impossible with the tiny bathroom and very uncomfortable beds especially for adults. All twins and one double. Kitchen was poorly stocked.

Perfect weekend getaway a short walk from the beach

We loved our stay! Lisa was very communicative, the place was perfect for our group of 6 (plus one dog), and the location was ideal. A couple of things to note: if you have a dog, there is a gap in the fence between the shed that we didn’t see and our dog got out briefly. The street can get pretty busy so just something to be aware of. Lastly, there were no hand towels in the bathroom and only one dish towel. Other than these small things, we had a great time and would come back!

Fantastic cottage by the beach...

This property is small, but the layout is designed really well, and the two lofts add space for the kids to hide and play (and enough different spaces for my spouse to work and me to hop onto a class, utilizing the wifi which worked really well). The house was a quick walk down to a fantastic beach. While we brought all we needed for the week, so didn't really take advantage, the house was stocked with everything you might need: sand toys, beach buggy, washer/dryer, chairs... The host was communicative and kind. My family can't wait to return.

Great location, not-so-great cleanliness

This cottage is situated in a perfect spot! It's very short walk to South Village Beach, which I think is one of the best beaches on the mid-Cape.My family and I loved being able to bring our dog with us, but noticed the cottage wasn't nearly as clean as other rentals we've stayed in. I booked this one because of the glowing reviews, but they didn't ring true to us. All of the comforters and blankets were covered in dog hair upon arrival, as they are not washed in between stays. Many of the rugs and doormats were also pretty gnarly and there were piles of sand in the bedroom closets. There was an ant problem in the kitchen (which is normal for the Cape) but it got pretty bad by the end of the week. There was also a strong smell of gas coming from the stove during our stay. The owner assured us it's been checked out multiple times and it's not dangerous. Even so, the smell was pretty unpleasant.I wouldn't recommend this cottage for a group of adults. The listing says it sleeps 6, but the loft bed is not an actual twin bed — more like a stack of foam pads. All of the beds were unusually stiff and the pillows were thin.We're generally not super picky, but I think the lovely photos and excellent reviews gave us high expectations. Despite that, the owner's communication was excellent and quick.

Perfect house and location for a long fall weekend at the beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy beach house in West Dennis. Perfect location to visit neighboring towns, shops and restaurants! So close to such a beautiful beach!

After many years of searching for a cape house we found this little gem! The location is amazing nestled between Swan River and South Village Beach. We love that we can walk down a private road to the beach! We have made many updates to make it ours...including the addition of lofts, central air, landscaping and fresh paint in the 2021 off season.
