Our 2BR/2BA beach house comes with one King-sized bed and two twin beds in the second bedroom. I have every kitchen amenity to keep the most discerning chef happy. There's a Keurig Duo (pods and auto-drip combo) stove-top Bialetti espresso maker, French press, Belgian waffle maker, blender, teapot... Tiled floors throughout this open floorplan with luxury vinyl tile in the nice-sized bedrooms and generous closet space with 2 bathrobes in each closet make this a vacation home you can be comfortable in yet feel like you're being pampered at the same time. I provide high-end linens, quality pots & pans, cooking spices, lovely décor, and your own heated, fully screened inground pool. There are 2 bicycles, 2 stand-up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, and a couple of fishing poles for you to use as well. Boat rental available just down the street. You won't be without some warm-weather activity option while vacationing at my place. There's a gas grill on the side of the house plus a full spare tank of propane in the shed. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, We have provided complimentary cable, plus an eclectic selection of DVDs, books, and games!

Our home is situated on a beautiful deep-water canal that leads you right out to the Gulf of Mexico. There are ample opportunities for all kinds of fishing, snorkeling, and general exploration.

PRIVATE IN-GROUND, HEATED POOL for those days you don't want to be out in the sea. Heated to 85 degrees, and no, I don't charge extra for that. The pool heater and pump are on a timer as most pools are at residential rentals, the pool may cool down a few degrees during the night but will reheat very quickly in the morning and come back up to comfortable temp.

EASY CHECK-OUT: 10am , but let me know your travel plans in advance and I'll work with you when I can, so you won't feel rushed out on your last day of vacation!

Booking during a holiday period will require a minimum of a one week stay.

Booking during months of January, February, March and April require a minimum of 7 nights stay, Saturday to Saturday or more. If you have any questions please inquire before requesting a stay. I will answer any questions with a timely response.

Security Cameras are installed at the front door and at the back door/pool area. This is for protection from theft and emergencies.
This is a non smoking premises, For all of you that don't smoke this house is clean and fresh smelling. if you plan on smoking it must be outside at grass area not be in pool area or inside the property. Failure to follow the rules will result in a loss of your deposit.
