Great house!

Went with daughter and three of her friends. This has got to be one of the best places in Turks to stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the location is really amazing. Beautiful quiet beach one minute away, great water access in front and back of house. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the popular part of Turks, but close enough to drive to great dinners etc. Management was amazing with communications and help organizing everything. Recommend highly!

Great view, far from Grace Bay Beach

We’ve stayed at this property 3-4 times and it hasn’t changed since 2006ish. It’s still the same except Taylor Beach is way more crowded and Sapodillo Bay beach is too. What was once super peaceful during the day is now filled with jet ski noises. It’s kinda the way of the world these days. It’s quite a drive to the popular restaurants - about 25 mins- but we don’t mind that. Overall, still great to stay there.

Perfect Turks Villa

We loved everything about this place. Spacious, clean, well appointed. A perfect beach just out the front door and across the street. A swimming dock in the back. A most wonderful pool / outdoor area. A great kitchen. Sonos system for music. Great help and communication with the manager. This is such a quiet place, it feels worlds away from the crowds and noise of Grace Bay (but still just a 15-20 minute drive). We have rented villas on several Caribbean islands…….this was the favorite. I have nothing remotely negative to say!

Private, Clean, and Spacious

We loved our stay at this property. We had 2 families, consisting of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 11-16. We had plenty of room to space out as needed, as well as a perfect space to dine and gather. The property was CLEAN!!! The kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances and tools. The pool area was lovely, as were the deck and dock down below. The bay was mostly quite choppy, so not ideal for lounging, but we were able to snorkel near the docks and see some pretty fish. The beach is across the street and a very short walk. It's a small beach area with a beautiful, shallow inlet of water in which to play or lounge. Everything we needed or wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive. Our concierge, Jake, was very attentive to all of our needs. We didn't want to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I always have a great experience with Elite! Both Elite and the management team in TCI were great to work with.This house is in the perfect location on the water without having to deal with sand. If a sandy beach is your thing you do have access to 2 beaches within minutes accessible by water or a short walking path. The setup of the house was perfect for our family oof 5. Kayaks and SUP's were available along with some life jackets and other miscellaneous beach/water items. There were a few things that could use some maintenance and the beds and pillows weren't very comfortable but there was absolutely nothing about the house or the total experience that would keep me from booking here again. Absolute paradise.

The house is spacious and very well appointed. While not new, everything worked and the location was to die for. Note that there is no beach on the back of the property, but there is one across the street that is a short walk, but has nothing on it. The management company was excellent. We would rent this house again for sure!

Incredible, gorgeous, amazing house; unfortunate rental/concierge company

The house is amazing. Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious, perfectly traditional British Caribbean, everything you could want from a luxury vacation rental. Blue Parrot Concierge, on the other hand, was disappointing. We got zero communication from them after check-in. We’re super low maintenance and highly self-sufficient but the times we emailed and called Jake at Blue Parrot Concierge we never received a reply. Completely ignored. No instructions were left on how to check out and he never responded to us. It’s now been over 36 hours since we emailed and called him about checkout and still no reply. I would never use them for anything ever. The house though was worth every cent. Stunning from top to bottom and so well thought out. The ac worked quickly and easily which is a huge deal in the hot and humid Caribbean, the master bed (there was only two of us so that’s all we tried) was super comfortable, the towels for the outside lounges had hood-like things to keep them on which was very cool. So many places to hang out outside. Everything we needed was there. Amazing house which we would definitely rent again but if it’s still Blue Parrot Concierge managing we’d know to not expect any sort of communication from them which is unacceptable and unfortunately knocks down the experience.

Amazing!

Jake and Kerry, property managers, were fantastic. They helped answer all of our questions and find her way around. the house is even more beautiful then in the photographs ( know it's hard to imagine!) It comes stocked with more than you think - there were tennis rackets and balls, there were beach games snorkel gear, there's even I crib in the storage closet. The bathrooms have soaps and shampoos etc laid out like a hotel would . It seems like the guests from the previous weeks leave necessities like coffee filters and detergent and sunscreen so you might want to check and make sure what's there before you ask for the house to be stocked. If you come to Turks and Caicos, be sure to visit Coco Van and get the beef tacos and the churros! We will definitely come back to Villa turquesa!

Beautiful Villa

This is a charming, ultra clean, well furnished villa on cliff overlooking ocean; with deck and stairs to ocean(no beach) but you can jump right in the gentle water from deck for swim.Endless ocean views! So beautiful; rooms and furnishings good quality and exactly as pictured. Great bathrooms. Beach literally 2 min walk across road at end of driveway. The property owner Elite Destinations and local concierge so helpful and professional. Las Brisas restaurant great food and cute small bar. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a truly incredible home

After looking online at multiple hotels and villas, I booked Villa Turquesa for our family vacation (7 of us). I have absolutely no regrets. The photos are accurate....what you see online is what you get. The villa is just as lovely as it appears. The landscaping is nothing short of amazing. The pool is beautiful and the furniture of high quality. The gas grill was clean and ready to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate ice-maker. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The home decor is gorgeous. We absolutely loved the house and there were no plumbing issues with everyone showering at the same time. The owners have thought of everything (TV, music, Wi-Fi). We were cautioned that there was construction going on next door, and there was, but this wasn't really an issue as we usually had music on while we were at the pool. You definitely need to rent a car while visiting Turks and Caicos. I dreaded the "driving on the left" but it turned out to be much, much easier than I thought. We were met at the airport by the home rental company and then went directly to Hertz to get our cars...from there we followed our concierge to the villa and she showed us around. The home has a binder that contains directions to the grocery store, restaurants and instructions for TV and Wi-Fi passwords. The dock down to the ocean (Sapodilla Bay) is in excellent condition and easy to go up and down. The path to the beach at Taylor Bay is just across the street down a path. We spent time in both places; paddleboarding on Taylor Bay as it calmer. Both areas are fun and very accessible. A couple of things that I would recommend...we had the rental agency purchase groceries in advance and these were waiting for us. So worth it! We still made several trips to IGA but it was great to have the staples waiting for us. I had also pre-booked a half-day private snorkeling cruise with Island Vibes and this was one of our favorite activities. The guides (John and Emmanuel) were friendly and fun and provided us with ample beverages and lunch, reggae music and great snorkeling locations. Our other big activity was Provo Ponies which was also great. There is a path that the horses follow to the beach so you spend the majority of horse-time in the water. Makes for great pictures! We ate at da Conch Shack (twice), Las Brisas (up the street), the Somewhere Café and Bugaloo's. Loved these places and had excellent food at all of them. Definitely will return to this villa!

Everything we had hoped for!

This is a fabulous property - very clean, nicely furnished, great location. The pictures are true to life, and the setting is beautiful. The quick walk to Taylor Beach was great! The management and concierge team were very helpful and responsive with any issues we had. Everything was fabulous!

Villa Turquesa

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Villa Turquesa. Did not want to leave. We wanted a relaxing holiday and we sure got it. The villa was everything we hoped for. We had everything we needed to do our own cooking. Very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud.We spent most of our time around the pool just looking at the view. We were very impressed with all the staff at Elite. This will not be the last time we will use them with our future travels. Thank you
