This house comfortably sleeps a group of 8. The newly remodeled large master suite has a full garden tub, walk-in shower and a twin double bed.

Central air and heating are throughout this home. A full size washer and dryer are onsite for use. For guest safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. Safety and comfort are important while in this space.

The home has a modern decor to offer a serene and comfortable setting to suit your needs. We have a two-car garage, a fenced backyard and a Keurig coffee maker for guest use. It’s a home away from home.

We love this place

This is our 4th time staying at this property. It is in a lovely quiet, safe, neighborhood. Not far from city,(15 min) and not far from restaurants to drive to. We hope to stay here again next year!

I recommend 100% This was a beautiful home very well stocked with everything you will need for a home away from home vacation. The decor was great. Very comfortable beds and great location. House had everything we needed and was very clean. The activities we had planned were canceled because of the blizzard and the house had plenty of space to hang out and we made the most out our weekend getaway. Would stay again. Also a perk was use of the garage. We did not think there would be A blizzard so we were very grateful we could park in there. The only thing we had to get used to was that the HVAC system is very loud when it’s on. It sounds like a really loud fan when running.

LOVE THIS PLACE

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this VRBO house for a conference in Indy. A short drive from downtown, and short drive to groceries and restaurants. Excellent location.Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Michael has thought of everything you may need from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom. I will stay here again for sure!

Great rental that was close to everything we needed

We spent most of our time in Carmel, IN. This rental is only 15-20 min away to everywhere we needed to be. The house was in great condition and we didn't have any issues with check-in, the cleanliness, or the supplies onsite. Will definitely look for this house again next time I need to travel to Indianapolis.
