About this property

Direct Ocean View Luxury 2 beds/2 baths - Waikiki NO RESORT FEES! FREE WIFI

Beautiful unit overlooking the ocean and lagoon that you can enjoy from either of the two large lanais.

This unit features new furniture (April 2019) including an Eastern King bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed and one twin bed in the second bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. All dining room furniture and living room furniture is also new. The unit comes with a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker and a breakfast bar. There is a modern split AC system in both the living room and the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have nice walk in showers for easy access. AC, cable TV, free wifi internet and free calls to USA and Canada also included. Laundry rooms on every floor and this building has great shops/restaurants located in the lobby/top floor.

*There is an ongoing project at the building for spalling repairs and painting. This stack is scheduled to be repaired sometime between Feb 21, 2026 - Jun 29, 2026. This may affect usage of the lanai and result in construction noise during the day between 9 am-5 pm (sometimes as early as 8 am for weather)


Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off the AC and leave any dirty or wet towels on the bathroom floor.
All garbage should be removed and placed in the trash room located next to the elevators.
There will be a $5 fee for any broken or missing glass, plates, or towels. If you do break something, please let us know and just leave a note with $5 for the cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location, close to the Ala moana shopping center, next to Hilton (many shops). The lagoon right in front easy access. Bus stop from the airport or trolly right in front. Great partial ocean view.The property is clean, well equipped, and felt safe. The owner gave quick and sincere reply to our questions. Detailed instructions were very helpful. 7 of us had a wonderful time staying at this property. We will definitely consider this owner's other properties for our coming Hawaii trips. The home has a lovely view. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lanai. There were some minor issues getting wi-fi but I think that would happen anywhere in the building. The restaurant and store downstairs were great and so easy to access. No complaints! would stay here again.

The condo had a great view and plenty of supplies. We loved having 2 bathrooms. We didn't cook at all but when we had a tsunami scare it was great to have pitchers and glasses to fill up water in case. The owner offered lots of tips to make our stay easy and convenient.

Spent five days in Hawaii. This location is great, we loved the view from the room. There were 7 of us and the room had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and hanging out (we spent most of our time out of the room). We rented a car for two days and used the marine parking behind the hotel to save some money. Used Lyft and our feet to get around the other days.
