This rental is beautifully decorated, centrally located, and incredibly clean. The description does indicate there is "potential" for you to hear voices and footsteps from the renters above. Two days into our trip, different renters started arriving and departing. We could hear everything! Maybe we just got unlucky with incredibly loud folks above us. One evening at 11:00 p.m., we had enough. My husband stomped on our floor, and the noise above us ceased. If noise (footsteps and voices) above you isn't a bother, this is the perfect rental for you.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy. It is very close to many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. The walk there feels safe at night. I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent communication, updated super clean spot, convenient location to walk to downtown Princeton and the university, everything I could have asked for an amazing Princeton visit! I will definitely rent from them again!

Great home

This is the second time I have stayed in this home but in a different apartment. Wonderful, quiet location close walk to Princeton. Home was spotless. Had everything we needed. Check in and check out could not be easier. Great communication with process. Parking on site is convenient. Highly recommend.

Excellent Christmas get-away in Princeton

I would recommend this property to anyone, especially anyone with a pet. The location is unbeatable for the Princeton area. The Apartment feels modern and up to date. All of the appliances worked well and felt premium. the bedding and furniture were all comfortable. Nicole was extremely responsive and accommodating. What an easy and joyful stay!

Great property, great location!

For our first ever visit to Princeton/south Jersey, this was the IDEAL property and location. The condo had everything we needed and a very well appointed kitchen, which is great when you don't want to eat out all week. Shopping and the Princeton University campus are steps away and having off-street parking in this densely populated area was ideal. Nicole was easily available and responded quickly. While this was the priciest option we considered, it was worth it for the location.

Such an adorable place!

We had so much fun staying at this rental! The location is perfect. We walked everywhere and loved downtown Princeton! There are so many great places to dine and shop! The apartment had everything we needed. The bedroom was serene, with a very comfortable bed, the couch and tv were so relaxing, the kitchen was gorgeous, parking was easy and off the street, and there’s a great washer and dryer! Even our Boston Terrier had a ball! We definitely plan on staying again next time we are in Princeton! Thank you!!!

A Pleasure in Princeton.

Property was clean and as advertised. Nicole was quick to answer my few questions. There was really only two issues for me. The bedroom is in the front of the home so you can hear cars going by. Also, you’re on the first floor with other people above you and at times it was a bit loud. Good experience and a nice town.

Lovely Weekend in Princeton

This place was perfect for a weekend in Princeton. The location was walkable to restaurants and shops. The apartment was a comfortable and cozy place to spend downtime and decorated adorably. The neighborhood is beautiful and one off-street parking spot was convenient. The host, Nicole, was great with communication as well!
