Cabin definitely needs some updates. We checked in and the master bed frame was broken. The owner was great and bought a new frame by day two which was awesome! There was damage to the vent in the living room which is on the floor causing the area to be soft and could possible fall through. Also several light bulbs in the house did not work and the bathtub cover was held on by tape… Great location and hot tub was nice. But for the price the cabin needs some updates!

This was our first vacation as a family of 5 and we really enjoyed our stay here. There was a slight issue when we first got there that the owner resolved within minutes. It’s nestled outside of town which gives the quiet we were looking for (especially having a new baby) yet close enough to things that we were able to go into town and do. The space was very cozy and decorated nicely and offers WiFi if you need to be in touch with socials, a fire pit, propane grill, hot tub, kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Traffic was terrible though so keep that in mind (buy groceries on your way in so you don’t have to go back to do this!) overall great stay and we look forward to coming back again.
Sofa that makes out into bed. The throw pillows were so soft and comfy! If I could remember the brand I’d be buying some for my home

The house itself was ok, it was nice having the fenced in area for the dogs. However, there were multiple issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, the AC didn’t work well and the afternoon and evenings (especially if cooking inside) were uncomfortable. The hot tub did not seem clean, some of the surfaces were slimy and the water had a bad odor. The beds in both rooms were uncomfortable with worn mattresses. Then on our last night when we were getting ready to use the grill, we discovered that at least one propane tank was empty and the other was closed so tightly we couldn’t even open it to check if it worked. So we just gave up and cooked inside. We are a pretty easygoing family and don’t usually leave bad reviews, but our expectations were not met, especially for the price we paid for our stay

55 birthday guy trip

The photos made the rental look larger than it was. Very low ceilings. A couple of the guys were 6’3 and 6’4 and hit their heads a few times. The bunk bed set was not sturdy. Felt unstable and unsafe for the 5ft7 170 lb person that was planning to sleep there. The comforter on the queen bed was small and not big enough for the bed. There was dirty coffee cups in the cabinet.The porch LED outside light was broken but the owner arrived right away to fix it. The owners are responsive and super helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooking in the stocked kitchen. Overall great rental… maybe just a few tweaks needed. And the price was very fair! We really had a good trip.

Mother and Daughters get away

My daughters and I had the best time! We spent time in the hot tub and we played games and ate out lol. It was a vacation with no kids, no husbands, no laundry, no cooking just peace and quiet! It was perfect!

Long getaway

The stay was exactly what we needed for a long weekend. Had tons of activities, sight seeing and a nice cabin to sleep and cookout. Very peaceful and would defiantly return in the fall.

Clean, comfortable efficiency cabin

Clean, comfortable renovated space. Located in a neighborhood on a corner lot but was surprisingly quiet. Kitchen has basic dishes and appliances. Everything was as advertised.

Cute and clean but lacks comfort

The cabin is cute and clean but be prepared it lacks in the area of comfort. We rent a lot of VRBOs and this was by far the worst beds we have ever had. First they are covered with plastic protectors that make you sweat while sleeping maybe it would not be so bad if there was a cotton topper between you and the plastic not just a sheet. The couch has seen better days and was not comfortable. I am not sure what was going on with the air we turned it to off but it kept coming on so we finally switched it to heat just so it would shut off. Also if you are a cold natured person take a throw blanket with you the only blankets are the comforters on the three beds. We also had issues with the outlets our phone chargers kept falling out so the three of us were trying to make due with the two we found that they would stay in. As cute of a cabin as it is we would probably not stay again just because of the beds. We were exhausted when we got home from lack of sleep.
