The villa is equipped with AC, sunbeds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bath and shower. Super market and shops are available within 2km distance.

Casa Blue Villa is a charming, stone-built villa, built in complete harmony with the natural environment inside a farm of 40 decares /4 hectares with olive trees, ornamental plants and fruit trees. The villa enjoys infinite seaview of the ocean and the mountain and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Two beautiful islets, Paximadia, adorn the horizon in the background. A private beach is available within 150 meters distance and is ideal for private moments by the seaside.
Casa Blue provides interior and exterior comfort. Elegant furnishings and minimal décor define its architecture and design which consequently align with the harmonious environment. Modern comforts and luxurious elements complete the space and allow visitors to enjoy it equivalently during all seasons from summer to wintertime.
The exterior spaces of the villa come with sunbeds and a large furnished terrace with large sofas and cushions which create the ideal space to relax while enjoying the sunsrise and sunset. A fully equipped kitchen provides all essential cutlery and utensils to prepare meals to enjoy and an exterior BBQ is available for grilling outside.
The interior space provides 3 separate bedrooms and a large living room with fire space. Two bathrooms, a storage room and a dining area complete the space. A spacious kitchen and a cozy indoor dining area communicate with the beautiful living room with a fireplace, overlooking the sea and leading directly to the large terrace. Next to it, a wide corridor leads to two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with a bathtub) and to three cozy bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds), all with sea view, and equipped with AC and wardrobes.
