The layout of the property is excellent, very spacious and comfortable for 10-12 people. The bathrooms are spacious, showers are beautiful. All appliances are new and easy to use. Our party was of 8 due to two cancellations. So we had plenty of space and did not feel "on top of each other" Will definitely recommend to others.

Great place and location for a quick stay in downtown.

The property was great and more than accommodating for our group of 4. Parking is in the rear and you have to walk around to the front of the building for access. This could be an inconvenience for some, but wasn't that big of an issue for our group. Great place and I would recommend this for anyone with capable persons wanting a place to stay downtown.

Great location!

Great location for walking around the historic district. There is a lot of steps to get up so remember not to pack too much. It was mostly a perfect place. The only negative, We found wadded up dirty towels and sheets under the primary bathroom sink and in the primary closet. Didnā€™t love that.

Amazing property, great location.

We felt very comfortable at the home. I would agree with others in regards to the game table. We did not use that or the arcade machine. But everything is very walkable. Enjoyed every minute of it except the heavy rains. So much to do and see and this home allows you to see it all no matter which direction you go.

Lots of space in perfect location

This unit is in an absolutely fantastic location to walk to everything we wanted to do in Savannah. It is in very good shape, clean and check in/out was very easy. Tons of space, which provided flexibility for kids to share or not share rooms as they saw fit.My only gripe was that the kitchen could use some very low cost upgrades that would make it significantly more usable (e.g. coffee maker is flaky and should be replaced, no measuring cups/spoons).

Home is nice. Check-in was very difficult.

We had a difficult time checking-in. Had to wait a few hours after check-in to be able to get in. The property manager took a long time to return our multiple attempts to reach him. He gave us the wrong code for the door lock so we had to wait. In addition, there were cars in our parking spot which took until late at night to have them moved. We had to pay for street parking until they were moved. The home itself is nice. However, game room shown in the pictures is there for decoration. The gaming table did not have any of the accessories and it's a cheap table not made to play with. The kids were disappointed they were not able to use it. The living room TV is way too small for the space. The location is great and the home was nice and modern inside.

Spacious apartment in great location

Our group was composed of three retired couples. The large, comfortable bedrooms, each with an en suite bath, was perfect for us. The location is excellent. Due to the fact that we had to park in back and enter from the front, lugging all the luggage in and out was a bit of a chore. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful home and excellent location! Walking distance to all downtown Savannah has to offer. The house has plenty of space, was very clean, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the parking spots out back and the stairs werenā€™t bad. We had a fabulous week and will definitely stay here again!

Great weekend in Savannah near River Street

This location was perfect and the property was as advertised...clean and well maintained. The only surprise for us was the amount and steepness of stairs that you have to navigate to get to /from the unit. We were fine, but my wife has an injured knee so that was challenging for her. The property description should probably highlight this. An elderly couple couldn't stay there. Such a cool and comfortable property though.

Convenient Stay

The property was clean and I felt safe in the area it was located. Management was very responsive to minor request. I think the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be turned or replaced but otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Mom and daughters trip

This was an amazing place, incredible location in historic district. We were able to walk everywhere. We had an incredibly fun trip, 3 moms and our daughters whom are best friends. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our trip!

Family weekend in Savannah

We traveled to Savannah for a long weekend with 3 of our adult children, and one additional guest. It was great to be right there in the heart of downtown and walking distance to all the fun! Staying in a historic building really added to the ambiance! Great stay!

Great location!

The location of the property is right in the middle of everything to do in Savannah. Location can't be beat! Along with that great location, though, is the issue of parking. The owner is very clear about 2 spots being available, but just know, that if you have more than 2 cars, you will have to scurry about to find parking and more than likely pay for it! We used a public lot owned by the city that the owner recommended. Read some reviews about other private lot parking accommodations which made me shudder, so stick with city-sponsored parking options. The multitude of beds was what we wanted and this property delivered. Although we had to use the pull-out, no one had to share a bed with our party of 8 guys! Couple of things to know: the game room video game (which we were really looking forward to and made us choose this property and if being honest, was a premium price option) DID NOT WORK. Although it powered on, the joy stick didn't work. BUMMER! Needs to get fixed or being eliminated as a feauture including removing from the pictures. Know that the "game room" is very small. The other, more minor issue, is that there weren't enough seating options for us all to sit in the same room together. Even though we moved some chairs from bedrooms, the seating was disappointing when everyone wanted to be together. Overall, a great weekend and a great place to stay. Communication with David was lightning fast and helpful!

Wonderful house and host! Was close to everything that we wanted to do.

Great time and stay in Savannah. The house was perfect for 10 girls for a long weekend. Close to everything amd walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and shops. Only this is if you plan to cook at the house there are not many cook or bakeware to cook for a large group.
