This stylish and cozy townhome is just 15 minutes from the major theme parks, making it the perfect retreat for families and groups. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of space to relax and unwind.
On the first floor, gather in the inviting living room, share meals in the dining area, and prepare your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen. A convenient half bath and laundry area make longer stays even easier.
Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable queen suite, a second queen bedroom, and a fun full/twin bunk room, ideal for kids or friends. A spacious full bathroom completes the second floor.
When you’re not out exploring Orlando, take advantage of the resort-style amenities: a heated pool, soothing spa, fitness center, and a welcoming clubhouse.
Whether you’re here for the parks or just to relax, this townhome has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

Townhouses are surrounded by rich landscaping and sidewalks that invite you to walk with your family. • 7 minutes from Disney • 15 minutes from Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet • 20 minutes from Universal Studios • 25 minutes from Millenia Mall
You will have access to all the amenities that the resort has: • Clubhouse; • Heated Swimming Pool; • Jacuzzi; • Fitness center; • Game room; • Business Center.
**Important:** A non-refundable resort access fee of $20 per stay is required, covering one vehicle or rideshare access; each additional vehicle incurs an extra non-refundable $20 fee. Limit 6 cars per property/day.
HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details: • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
PARKING • Limit of 6 cars per property per day. • After security confirms the reservation, guests proceed to the Clubhouse during business hours to complete a Guest Registration form and obtain their Parking Permit and Gate Pass. • The permit and gate pass must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard at all times while on resort property.
CLUBHOUSE • Clubhouse facilities including Gym, Internet Cafe, free WiFi, Meeting room and Arcade are available from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm daily to all registered guests. • Emerald Island Resort has two pool facilities available to all registered guests. The main pool is off of the Clubhouse and the other one is among the townhomes. Access to the pool near townhomes is possible through a gate that has an access code which can be obtained from the Clubhouse or Guardhouse. • Principle elements of Emerald Island Resort include natural environmental elements such as walking trails, water fountains, conservation areas, and wildlife. Please do not approach, feed or otherwise disturb the wildlife. While pretty to see, some of the wildlife may be dangerous.
TRASH • The resort strongly promotes a recycling program and encourages all guests to recycle. • Recyclables (cardboard, glass, paper, plastic, and metal) should be placed loosely in the yellow-top container.
• Recycling Pickup: - Clubhouse personnel will move recycling containers to the curbside on Thursday for Friday pickup. - They will return the containers to the side of the home after pickup. - Guests are not required to move the containers back and forth. - Please ensure all recyclable items are placed in the containers by Thursday.
• Regular Trash Disposal: - Trash must be properly bagged in a minimum 13-gallon bag and placed in the trash bins. - Do not use shopping bags for trash. - Ensure there are no loose or unbagged items in the trash bins.
• Trash Pickup: - Clubhouse personnel will move trash bins to the curbside on Sunday for Monday pickup. - They will return the bins to the side of the home after pickup. - Guests are not required to move the bins back and forth. - Please place all trash in the bins by Sunday.
• Large Items or Excess Trash: - Any large items or excess trash that cannot fit in the bins should be taken to the compactor near the tennis courts. - Avoid using the compactor during late evening hours to avoid disturbing nearby guests.
• Important Trash Rules: - Ensure the trash bin is kept clean and free from debris. - Bags should not be left on the street or outside the bin. - Excessive trash must be taken to the compactor. - The garbage container must be fully closed to avoid critters accessing the bags. - Trash bins must not be rolled or stored on the street.
• Valet Trash Service: - Do not wheel bins to the curb, as the valet trash service will pick them up directly from the side of your house.

Family Vacation
We loved our stay at this location. This is our favorite condo so far traveling to Florida. Clean and spacious enough for my family of six. Pool within walking distance. Also not too far of a drive to Disney or Universal Studios. We definitely would suggest this property for your stay in Florida !

Great location for access to everything. Kitchen very nicely appointed. Black out curtains were a plus. Great amount of space. Host responded very quickly and efficiently to our requests.

Excelente Town House
Adoramos a casa, condomínio bom, excelente localização, principalmente para quem vai aos parques da Disney... Casa bem equipada e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Ficamos em 5 pessoas e acomodou super bem. Só aconselho a troca de colchões, apesar de parecerem novos são muito moles, não achamos nada confortável. Mas voltaria com certeza.
