Beautiful 3 bedroom Disney themed Villa. You will find magic in every room. Newly remodeled, new furnishings; plenty of closet space and blackout curtains for a great night sleep. The home is perfect for a family or friends getaway. Disney parks are 10 minutes away. The prestigious resort has tons of amenities including two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, gym, among others. Superb location for those visiting Disney parks, as well as those looking for a golf or shopping getaway!

LIVING ROOM - Cozy seating area with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 55 inch HDTV with cable
KITCHEN - Spacious kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances, glassware, dishes, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils.
DINING ROOM - Dining table to accomodate 6 guests
PATIO - small table and chairs
BATHROOM #1 - Convenient access for the first floor
LAUNDRY - Stacked full-sized washer and dryer

BEDROOM #1 - Master with king size bed and 55 inch smart HDTV
BATHROOM #2 Master Full bathroom with shower
BEDROOM #2 - Queen bed and 43 inch smart HDTV
BATHROOM #3 - Full bathroom with bathtub and shower
BEDROOM #3- Twin over full bunk bed with 43 inch smart HDTV

The townhouse has a small backyard patio and a balcony in the master bedroom. The balcony view is towards the pool and a common green area. The house is a few steps away from the pool area (3 minutes walking distance). Its close enough that you can see it from the balcony but far enough to not be disturbed by noise from pool guests.
You will also find game boards, Play Pen with matress and High chair in the property.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome and all the resort’s amenities. Within the resort you have access to two pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf, business center, gym, among other amenities. There is plenty of parking space but there are no assigned parking spots. The resort charge a $20 fee per stay, per car.

Great place!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. This condo was in a great location, and had great amenities. It was very clean and well-appointed. Vania's communication was prompt, professional, helpful, and definitely customer-centered. We would definitely stay here again!

Disney Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall the place was perfect for our week get away. When we arrived there was a weird humming sound coming from the emergency lights. The property manager was quick to respond to my text and we were able to come up with a solution for the duration of our stay. The upstairs rooms were a nice size and the mattresses were very comfortable. The rooms were pretty hot even with the air on, but there are standing fans in each of the bedrooms that help cool things down. The house was located close to everything you could need during your stay. We spent our week at Disney. If that’s your plan for your visit, you should anticipate traffic during your drive time. The parks were close, distance wise, but traffic in the area is terrible.

Absolutely worth it!

We had an incredible time here! There were so many included amenities that were included that we unfortunately didn't have time to take advantage of. Vania was absolutely wonderful and never hesitated to offer help when needed. She made our stay even more special. The only thing to keep in mind is the check-in process and having people visit on the property is a little complicated, but everything worked out in the end. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and condo

My family and I were traveling to Orlando for a cheer competition and wanted more space than a hotel can provide. Vania’s place was great. Loved all of the cute decorations everywhere! 3 nice bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our family plus the extra teammate who traveled with us. I was glad I brought my own pillow because the ones there were not fluffy enough. The mattresses were really firm (I always like to know about that). We just had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again, maybe next year if the team qualifies to compete again.

We fell in love with the resort and its unique fountains, nature walks and gorgeous landscaping. Surrounded by nature, yet with a plethora of restaurants and plenty of shopping areas within a 5 minutes' drive.

What makes this property unique

The resort is located in a peaceful and beautiful preservation area however, only 10 minutes away from Disney parks.
