Beautiful one bedroom unit close to downtown. A spacious 1 BR, 1 Bathroom, with modern amenities & high ceilings for an open, comfortable feel. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker. Trendy decor and your own private patio for your morning coffee or tea. Living area with TV with Roku (Netflix included) and high-speed Internet. If you are looking for a luxury hotel accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for an authentic Nashville experience in Historic East Nashville, then this is the place for you!

Our COVID-19 Sanitation cleaning procedures include:
1. Washing hands and wearing disposable sanitary gloves or rubber cleaning gloves
2. Our cleaning solutions are 70% alcohol
3. Cleaning only with disposable wipes. Using cotton or microfiber otherwise.
4. Using a color safe sanitizing spray to sanitize soft surfaces such as furniture, edges or curtains and decorative pillows.
5. Disinfecting all light switches, windows.
6. Disinfecting thermostat, railings, garbage, and all surfaces
7. Washing all dishes/utensils.
8. Disinfecting all appliances
9. Disinfecting remotes, blow dryers, cords, and any other surfaces or items in the home

The property was in a very convenient location to many areas in East Nashville. Parking was easy and getting in was simple. I think the pictures make it look a little more modern than it actually is. It is an older property and could use some TLC but overall was fine. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and the bed was pretty comfortable! We did utilize one of the roll out beds as there were 3 of us and it was okay for short term.

Very clean, quaint home in a safe area. There are great restaurants and a neighborhood store within a block. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Great Neighborhood

East Nashville is a jewel with lots of restaurants close and places to go. This place is close to it all.

Wonderful location

We had a great time at this location in Nashville. Very close to downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to highways. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!!

Came to Nashville for a concert at Nissan stadium and wanted to be close without paying downtown prices!! This place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Lots to do right there in East Nashville and a less then $10 Lyft ride to Broadway.

Loves the neighborhood

This house was in a great neighborhood. It’s far enough away from downtown, but still close enough to a few restaurants/ bars in the 5 points area. There is also a conscience store right around the corner! The house was clean and the host was very accommodating.

Nashville stay

The place is huge for the 2 of us. It’s very clean and has everything one might need when traveling. We don’t need them as we travel with our stuff. The property is close to Nissan stadium around 1.7 miles. An easy walk. The place is a bit older. All in all it’s a good stay Ty

Fun stay!

22nd Birthday

We took our son to Nashville for his 22nd birthday and to watch one of his best friends play football at Tennessee State. House was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The host was excellent and communication was top notch. Definitely will be staying here again.

Great Nashville visit!

Our stay was in a perfect location, walking distance to multiple restaurants (The Pharmacy is a must!) and a short 5 min drive to 5 points with tons of other restaurants. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. One double bed, 1 twin cot, and 2 couches to sleep on. Full kitchen and bathroom. Price was not terrible when split 3 ways. Check-in and check-out was easy and the host was easy to contact.

Expectations exceeded!

From the moment we scheduled our trip to Nashville, the communication for this VRBO was excellent. Great little tri-plex. Very clean, organized and everything worked. I would totally recommend this place and we will definitely use it again when we come back to Nashville. Thank you!

Location, location, location...

The location was fantastic! The property has needs, however. The frame of the sofa bed was bent before we arrived. The coffeemaker pot was not clean, along with a bag of open Seattle's Best coffee grounds was left open. The seal around the front door needs to be replaced, so that the living room stays warmer, as well as the back sitting room needs to be insulated more to stay warm. Even though these needs are workable as a homeowner, this property had enough beds for our family and the location was ideal for driving to events and walking to restaurants!
