A beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, this canal front property is in the heart of the Historic Anna Maria City.

It sits right on an expansive waterway leading into Tampa Bay and has been lavishly decorated with all the creature comforts and more. Stunning water views from living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Full kitchen is equipped with all your needed items. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Outdoor seating on decks off master bedroom upstairs and the living room which includes a 50 in flat screen TV. Lounge by the heated pool by the water or sit and unwind in the hot tub! Covered outdoor eating area on the ground level by the pool and gas grill.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Bedroom Layout: #1 en suite main level King bed, 2# ensuite upper level King bed, with full sleeper sofa, #3 king bed, #4 2 twin beds. Sleeps 10

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful week! The location was great with the restaurants and shops nearby. It was a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. We rented a boat and enjoyed fishing. This house is absolutely ideal for a family vacation!

Best of both worlds!

This property was perfect! Having visited Anna Maria many times, we were excited to stay right on Pine Ave with all of the shops and small restaurants. Out back was so peaceful and tranquil, the pool was perfect and canal just beautiful. We were able to truly relax outback and walk out the front door to grab food and shop. I enjoyed our time here immensely and would definitely rent this home again.

Spring Break get away with Family

This house was in a perfect location on the island. Lots of shopping, food, and alcohol drink spots. The house had plenty of room for my 4 kids and their friends. The garage held 3 cars and two golf carts. We all fished off the dock in the backyard. The hot tub and pool were used frequently. The house itself is a little dated. The bedrooms were very large and accommodating. The elevator was an added bonus for getting luggage up and down. I would definitely recommend this house. The property management was quick to respond to any questions. I had zero problems with the house or the property management.

Paradise

We were a group of ten, 6 adults and 4 kids, this place was perfect for us! We rented a boat and was able to take advantage of the dock. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hose manager was responsive and very helpful.

Nice Stay

Main issue was AC was not working but property manager was very attentive and got it repaired Location in the canal was perfect and we even caught some fish on the dock. Would recommend a Krueger machine

Clean, Easy, Good Location for All

Easy to check in, property was clean inside and well-kept outside with beautiful and private landscaping. The dock on the canal was great fun. We spotted a group of manatee and other fish. We were an easy walk to the pier for a great sunrise view and an easy walk to the beach during the day. Though Pine Ave is an active street, when we were outback in the pool/patio, it felt very quiet and private. And the teens enjoyed the convenience of walking to ice cream at least once a day. Another great year on AMI!!

Great House and Location

My family and I had a great time in Anna Maria. The house had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The heated pool and spa were a great addition with the weather being a bit cooler in December. We had an issue with the pool pump and the property manager was very responsive and the pool company replaced it the next day. We didn’t have any issues after that. We loved being on pine avenue and walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Great location

Lovely place

Everyone was very happy with the stay . The house is beautiful nice pool and hot tub. Had some debris in it and water was dirty so didn't use it the first week but the owner responded promptly and send pool guys out to straighten it up! Very conveniently located. Would stay again ..

Review from a family

The property and location are excellent, with a few small flaws (4.5 stars, by my estimation). Pool and hot tub, with overlooking decks, are outstanding, with small-boat access via the canal. The interior spaces and bedrooms were also excellent, with enough space for kids to have some private spaces, and walkabikity to restaurants and shops. Amenities were largely nonexistent (a few thin hand soaps), pool filter/skimmer wasn’t working, and we had to rewash a fair amount of glassware, presumably because of a poor job from previous guests. We’d go again, though, without doubt.

Enjoyable Vacation

We had a great vacation with our Two Girls & their Families.. Our Son-In Law is a double amputee wounded Vet & uses a wheelchair, the house made him very comfortable and the elevator made it possible for him to enjoy all levels of the home. Rented Golf cart and parked our car for the whole week, everything we wanted(shops, Restaurants & beaches) were right on Pine Ave. One thing, needs a small ramp on the lower level garage door going into the house to the elevator. Love it and we’ll definitely rent this house again.

Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The check in process was easy and quick. The place was clean and well stocked for all ages. We appreciated the amenities for small children! It was in a great location on the main strip. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator on the first day and the company was quick to respond to help us solve the issue. Some suggestions would include a nicer cooler and fridge downstairs for easy access from the pool area.

Great location in AMI paradise!

We have stayed in AMI multiple times in multiple locations. This was by far the most convenient to the "city" and some of its most desired attractions. And the beach is still within walking distance or a very short drive to (even more) secluded beach access points.

Perfect location!

Our family loved being centrally located to all of the island fun! St. Patrick’s Day parade, Heritage Day at the museum , farmers market, antique vendors ….all of it within walking distance!! The house is beautiful and well equipped! The only suggestion is having kayaks and/or paddle boards to use in the canal 😉

Huge home in a great location! Hot tub was a treasure during the cold weather. Rented a boat and came home with fish for the whole family. Highly recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation

The property was lovely, and perfect for our family. Clean and well-stocked, and plenty of space. The fold-out bed in the upstairs primary suite was great for our kids, who weren’t quite ready to stay in a separate room yet. We had older cousins in the other two upstairs rooms, and grandparents downstairs. We had some issues getting the pool and spa to heat up properly, but the property manager was super responsive and sent someone from the pool maintenance company to get it resolved the same day. There are some pool and beach toys in the garage, plus chairs and umbrellas and a beach cart to tote everything. Sitting on the pool deck and upstairs balconies we saw tons of egrets, herons, pelicans, jumping fish, and even manatees swimming by in the canal. It was in the low-mid 70s for most of our stay and the sunny spots outside were perfectly comfortable and the kids loved the heated pool. The house is on a busy street with lots of car, bike, foot and golf cart traffic during the day, but drivers seemed to be very cautious and it was quiet at night. Short walk to the beach (Gulf side) and piers (Bay side), and there are plenty of places nearby to shop, eat and explore. Lazy Turtle Rentals just down the street was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart for a few days which was a fun way to get around the island. We also rented kayaks from them one afternoon and paddled around the canals, where we came upon a mom and baby manatee. Great vacation, we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great Location

Our family had a wonderful week on Pine Avenue. Management was super responsive with the concerns we had about the property. The house definitely needs some TLC (water stains on ceilings, deck chairs in poor condition) but overall it was a wonderful location and nice house. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Backyard Oasis

This property is lovely. The location on Pine Ave is perfect. It is walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, the beach, and the bay. The house is comfortable and fully equipped. Even though you are in the heart of it all, it feels like you are in a secluded oasis when you’re in the backyard. We did have to change the batteries in the remote to get the pool settings to work (thanks to google for figuring out how to do that) but other than that, the pool, dock and seating areas were simply divine. We brought our boat and were able to tie it up to the dock for convenient boat outings. We also brought our paddle board to paddle around the canal. It was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Police problems

House was great. Management was very responsive. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced. Police showed up while we were in hot tub enjoying a two person conversation and light music. Also our elderly parents received a $50 ticket for parking in wrong direction in front of our rental. Red tide made the Beach unpleasant, we were thankful for the pool and hot tub. I was also worried about the red-light cameras. I read that they give tickets there by camera for not stopping correctly.
