I have a note right when you walk in on the door to call immediately with any issues. Lakes tend to carry a lot of spiders and not once did you mention any ants. All other renters have said great things. In the future if you are not happy please contact right away on any property. Almost all guests that booked this summer already booked for next summer. The review is not fair when you do not communicate with the host with any issues which could of been addressed. Not one person has complained about the cleaning crew this summer.

The house was completely cleaned! They had way over the amount of guest that are aloud. They did not notify me of any issues until the night prior to leaving. The broke a shower, damaged two arcade games, left all there trash, rearranged all the furniture, lost the paddle for the canoe, lost several Noodles and rafts. There are two large refrigerators and the one has a note not to use and they decided to plug in and use when they had a brand new 36 inch double door refrigerator and freezer and another refrigerator for beverages. There is a total of three fridges and says owners refrigerator. There is a note that says do not turn on and they decided to and is not for there use and the note clearly says do not turn on and common sense if you heard a noise turn off. Again I was not notified. The hutch is 8 feet tall and I have children and not sure why a child is up in an 8 foot glass cabinet and should be supervised. The kids lost all the skew balls there is water damage on the arcade that is a full-size arcade. Which if a child is up in 8 foot cabinet shows they are not watching there children. The cleaners are very thorough but do not open every cabinet and go through all books and videos and this is where a child found a pill so they say that’s 8 feet tall. There was trash all over the yard and wax from candles on the deck railings. There kids decided to peel off the stair treads that’s why they were loose. They also broke the stairs going f up into the loft and bolts were missing. There is a hand written note to call which all renters have seen all summer and she is the first to have an issue. They left all dishes and the house was a disaster so the kids hand prints all over walls, doors and windows. They broke the screen to gazebo and most likely kids pushing the screen not the door. They also left the water running and over flowed the bathroom to the lower level and again probably not watching there child in the bathroom. It clearly states to call immediately with any issues and I will come personally and the cleaners will they did not have any complaints until the night they were leaving. The house has a brand new roof, all new floors, all new bathrooms, brand new trek deck on the dock. Brand new not lift, brand new driveway. All was done March 2021. I do not recommend renting to this family they did not make me aware of any issues u til leaving and clearly states to call immediately.
