Welcome to Nirv'Anna! Waterfront with beach in a quiet cove on the public side.

Beautiful modern home in a secluded lake front setting on the public side. Private sand beach in perfect cove for swimming or laying out in the lake. Hot tub in lower deck area. Firewood provided for outdoor fireplace. Natural gas grill. Minutes away from restaurants, bars, grocery, etc. Kayak distance from the Cove, restaurant and bar. 12 feet deep at end of dock. Includes Starlink wireless internet and Dish cable with premium channels. Comes with paddle boards, canoe, kayaks, etc. Includes 4 full and 1 half baths. Rooms include 6 king beds (4 upstairs, 1 on the main floor, and 1 on the lower level), 1 queen bed on the lower level, and a bunk room with 2 full over full beds. Wake up to gorgeous sunrises over the lake with your gourmet coffee from the Miele espresso machine. Have cocktails on the huge deck and patio while the sun sets behind you casting breath-taking views over the lake. If you're the indoor type, catch up on your favorite shows on any one of our 42"+ flatscreen TVs in nearly every room, sharpen your pool game, practice your foosball, or play bartender behind the downstairs wet bar. Please inquire regarding large events as additional fees may apply or garbage, cleaning, etc. We also offer 1 or 2 jet skis for rent during the duration of your stay. If interested, inquire at least 2 weeks in advance because there are legal agreements to complete in advance. The jet skis will be waiting for you on the jet ski ramps when you show up with someone to walk you through how to operate them. Inquire for the rental prices on either 1 or 2 jet skis. Golf? For a fee, we can set up a time to play at the newly developed and private members only Cutalong Country Club.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag and put all trash (including outside trash) in the bins outside. Put all dishes away. Put furniture back where you found it (we have a small crew that charges us for moving furniture)
Place all linens (everything EXCEPT comforters) in the linens bags by the door in the laundry room.
Put water toys and everything away at the dock and on the deck area how you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late fee of $100/hr imposed if you do not check out at 10 am or get approval from the owner. An additional fee of $500 is imposed for smoking.
Do not flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Do not put grease down the sink. Do not move furniture. Please report furniture issues!

Chris is an amazing host! Even though we areived during a potential snow storm, he mesaaged me to ensure we made it safe and if we needed anything regarding the potwntial snow. The location, the house, and the overall space was beautiful and worked great for our 12 person Family Reunion Thanksgiving Celebration! We even were able to figure out how to have all of us eat together on Thanksgiving! Even in late November, we had one day in the 60’s and were able to use the kayak and paddle boards and some even went swimming! We had not expected to be able to do that!

The house is amazing. 7 great bedrooms and a lovely kitchen and dining room. Lots of space in the front and backyard to play. We were there in winter, so did not get to take advantage of the lake, but did make use of the hot tub and fire places. The owners are very responsive and were great to work with. Our names are Chris and Calli and we live in Vienna, VA. Chris is from Lynchburg, VA and Calli is from Cleveland, OH. We have two kids and doghter that all love time we get to spend on vacation playing pickleball, fishing, and boating. We're super thankful for the opportunity to rent Nirv'Anna out to other friends and families to make their own memories at the lake.

Why they chose this property

After renting many other properties at various locations and evaluating many homes over the years, we discovered 16201 Hickory Cut ln, in Mineral, VA. After driving down a mile long paved driveway, the trees open up and there's the house surrounded by beautiful, leafy banana trees. This is your clear indication that you're on vacation. Once you walk into the house, you first notice the two story great room with a wall of windows giving you the perfect view of the lake.

What makes this property unique

This house is on the perfect quiet deep cove that's big enough for swimming and floating but not where you're swimming by everyone else's dock and boat slips. The views from the deck of this elevated lot are the best you'll see at Lake Anna. Very secluded with no neighbors to the right of the property. Located close to restaurants, boat rentals, and Food Lion for groceries.
