MUDGEE Character filled warm and cozy house with 2 queen size bedrooms located on a level area with views forever. 28 acres of privacy only 15 minutes to the heart of Mudgee via a bitumen road. Pet friendly. Open fire, 55" TV, Netflix, Foxtel-Go, most streaming services, and all the free to air stations. Fast & unlimited Starlink WiFi internet access and strong Telstra 4G.
28 acres to wander around including 4 dams, a creek and an orchard with fruit trees and grape vines. Watch the sunsets with a glass or two of vino around the fire pit and cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor BBQ. Taxi and mini bus available if you need transport to and from town or the many wineries.

Two queen size beds and an air mattress available for the loungeroom if you want to sleep up to six.

What a beautiful place to stay and relax. Views are out of this world and the house is cosy, warm and has everything you need to be comfortable. Fully fenced letting our dogs have a good adventure as well. Will book again first gap we get to go away!

Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish! The property was even better than the photos — beautifully presented, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The attention to detail really stood out and made it feel more like a home than just somewhere to stay.The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer, while still feeling like a peaceful escape. The beds were super comfortable, the space was welcoming and stylish, and every part of our stay felt effortless.And THE VIEWS!!!!!! Come on! There is nothing better! Communication was fantastic and everything was smooth from booking through to check-out. We’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years and this one genuinely stands out. We had a wonderful time, the little farm house was beautifully presented, the outdoor area was lovely, perfect for a little volleyball net and the kids lived the fire pit at night. Great location, we would definitely stay again!

The Views to die for

Wow!What an amazing place to stay.The views are sublime and so peaceful, just wait till you go outside at night to gaze at the stars beside the warmth of the firepit.We loved our stay.

This was a perfect stay with my mother and husband over Christmas. We had lovely walks around the property with our border collie. Neill was easy to communicate with and quickly responded. This was our second stay at The Views, both stays have been with our 2 children and dog. The accommodation is clean and comfortable sleeping 6, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. We utilised the sofa bed this time with our young adult children. Yard is nicely fenced to give you peace of mind for young children and pets. There are a lot of kangaroos around so nice to know they will be kept outside the yard. The house had fresh linen, towels, toilet rolls, soap, and lots of firewood for the fireplace and fireplace. Kitchen is well equipped with bowls, pots and pans, and filtered water tap. Views at fantastic. It was nice to see the addition of the outside wood fired hot tub. We loved being able to walk on the property with our dog off leash. We spotted a fox whilst on a walk on the dry creek bed. Lots of wineries and breweries around to enjoy or just relax at the house. Thanks for a comfortable place to stay.

Our family including our mini sausage dog recently had the opportunity to stay here over the long weekend and we found it fantastic, very relaxing with the wildlife around, the general peacefulness of the location and did I mention the views!The starlink internet connectivity was awesome as described and great for keeping the kids entertained on their technology when not outside due to the heat. (Stayed in heatwave conditions)Neil's communication was fantastic throughout our stay; an awesome understanding down to earth host!If you plan on staying here bring some bird seed for the bird feeder, the birds will appreciate it, just about everything else is covered.

Cosy country cottage with views

Very clean and tidy, with plenty of warmth for a winter visit for 2 nights outside of Mudgee (10klm). Good amenities. Very dog friendly, however small dogs would be better, due to size of yard. We’d go back again.
