Fantastic location on the beach.

Easy and hassle free check-in. Management upgraded the blender, beach umbrella and chair. Everything needed for a beach vacation was readily available. Will stay there again.

Outdated room

The unit smelled stale, no hand soap, one roll of toilet paper, bathtub needs replaced, hole was fixed in the fiberglass but made a huge bump in the bottom, sliding door kept coming of track, needed two hands and sometimes two people to operate, whole unit needs updated before renting again or to anyone

Very dated, no dishwasher, needs new tub & sofa

Pros: great location on the beach, nice pool, some beach chairs and little umbrella in the closet, very quick repairs and housekeeping response, beautiful view of the beach, ok patio furniture. Cons: tub is worn on the bottom and cannot be sanitized properly, sofa is very worn & uncomfortable, no dishwasher so you have to wash dishes before using them (eww!), decor looks like it's from garage sales. Minimal supplies, needs updated.

Beautiful gulf view

Loved the screened in Lani. Sat out every evening to watch the sunset. The kitchen comes was fully equipped. Thank you for the stay.

Perfect spot on Ft Myers Beach

This property is a great get away spot. It is away from the congestion of the pier district, but close enough to walk or take the tram. The beach is right there, and Bowdiich Point Park is right next door. The pool was excellent as well as the many walking opportunities. The property manager was very responsive when the shower drain would not drain and had someone there within a couple of hours to fix it. The only negative was a patch on the shower floor that was coming off, kind of gross. The property manager also was on top of that for us and cleaned it up putting a temporary bath mat over the top. It will need some attention in the near future.

Life on the Beach

Top location for this property! We woke up in the morning looking at the beautiful white beach. Watched the boat traffic all day, and took wonderful long walks along the beach... And the lively town center of the island was an easy walk or shuttle ride away. But our own neighborhood was very nice and quiet - perfect!

Great Condo!

We had a great experience renting out this condo! Check in was the best I’ve ever had, simple and easy! Only thing that went wrong was the netting around the balcony ripped off during a storm, but it was already ripped on the corner when we arrived. Other than that though it was a great location, clean condo, very quiet and everyone was very friendly! The pool was clean and nice and my son loved doing cannon balls in it 🤣 Straight and access to the beach as well! I loved every minute of being here, we can’t wait to return!! It is a little outdated but nothing that was a deal breaker!! LOVED IT!

Wonderful location on the quieter end!

The property was a little dated but was very clean. The ease of check in is the best I've ever experienced. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Especially, every morning you could see the dolphins around 7:15 a.m.. We would return to the property for sure.

We loved the condo, location was perfect.

It was a great condo with a few exceptions. The door needs a new lock, it was hard closing the door, all the way, at times, the outlets sparked some when plugging things in, and some things wouldn’t stay plugged in, so I would suggest maybe getting new electric outlets. The lights flickered on and off lots of times. We enjoyed staying at the condo, was nice, clean and in a great area. Thank you!

Great stay at a great condo

Easy check in, quick responses to my questions. Right on the quiet part of the beach and a close walk to the action. Only downside was the elevator was stuck nearly every day which I know is not the fault of the condo owner but a slight inconvenience. A great week long stay with the family overall.

wonderful trip and great accomodations

the air conditioner went out on the 4th day, but the maintenance people and the management company personel were easy to reach and were very prompt and and took care of the problem.

Great beach experience!

Excellent beach view. Access to private beach. Condo is an older unit but still clean. If you’re looking for a quiet area this is it! Would definitely stay again!
