Although the weather was a bit chilly, the condo was clean, nicely decorated & well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. Loved the screen porch looking at the sunsets!Dawn was very quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall a great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our 11 night stay in this beautiful condo. The amenities were great! We had everything we needed for the beach and for a comfortable stay. The beach is great and the swimming pool is nice. The location is perfect with free transportation provided frequently to the center of town which has many restaurants and places with live music. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I look forward to staying in this condo again!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at the Solara Penthouse condominium. We stayed for a week in February to get away from the cold Midwest. The unit is exactly as described; amenities were great. Very clean, very organized. Friendly neighbors. From our first day the owner was very welcoming and quickly answered any questions we had about the property. Our favorite part of our stay was being steps away from the quiet beach and watching the sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. Beautiful and so relaxing. A great place to vacation!

We enjoyed our vacation at this property. The apartment is newly remodeled and perfect for a couple. It has beautiful furnishings with granite countertops and modern appliances, including a washer and dryer. There is a private balcony overlooking the beach with a nice table and comfortable chairs, from which we watched the sunset every night. The king-size bed is very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels provided. The owners are very nice and responsive. We highly recommend this property.

This condo is beautiful and the ocean view and location are exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room and bedroom furniture are both comfortable. The beach is pristine and easily accessed. We greatly enjoyed watching the boats and yachts as they left the bay and headed out onto the ocean. Dawn provides chairs and loungers for the beach, as well as towels and an umbrella. This was greatly appreciated as it meant we had to pack less. If you prefer a pool over the beach, the pool is very clean with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a grilling area next to the pool that we utilized. It was really nice. And I must say that building maintenance keeps everything really clean. From the pool area to the elevators, everything is very well maintained. A leisurely 20 minute walk has you in the heart of the shopping and restaurant area. You can walk to dinner via the beach or sidewalk. Watching the sunset from the balcony was breathtaking. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy watching the sunset from the balcony or from the comfort of the air conditioned living room. Lastly, Dawn was very easy to work with. She was very prompt in responding and made sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be; and it was.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Views are beautiful entering and leaving the unit. So nice that it is a small condo unit right next to the park. Trolly was always coming around to take us to town and back. Very peaceful part of Ft Myers Beach. Owner was very responsive.
