Welcome to Deerfield Beach ! Check into this gorgeous remodeled condo 1 block from the beach, Beautiful pool with Tiki Hut, BBQ and view of the ocean from the terrace pool deck . Gorgeous remodeled 1 bedroom apt full kitchen with pots and pans ,silverware ,plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards coffee maker, toaster ,microwave, new Stainless steel appliances, hurricane windows ,new split AC units in living room and bedroom

Living room has 50 inch smart TV and bedroom has 32 inch smart TV .There is a sofa bed and one queen bed in the bedroom ,new updated bathroom . You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks and Fishing Pier!

We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrellas and beach towels , for a small amount money you can rent bikes from us and hop on for a ride! Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans

The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo

Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton

Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

Great location so close to the beach. The salt water pool was my favorite. The perfect amount of room that we needed. The ac unit didn’t really cool the bedroom enough. But it was a nice stay.

Great location - Not as advertised

The location is great, but can you call it a 1 bedroom if it doesn’t have a door? The pictures listed in VRBO are misleading, which was very disappointing. There is maybe 6 inches on either side of the bed, no where to put suitcases, the closet that is one side of the bedroom that is not shown in the pictures has no door either. There is a wall unit AC so the small living room is cooled nicely however there is no air in the bedroom. The fan in the living room worked well, however the one in the bedroom is SO loud we couldn’t even sleep with it on. Will not be back

The unit was like brand new , the location was great and you have your own parking spot… very vey nice area the boardwalk was awesome! You can walk to the Pier via boardwalk with multiple restaurants to choose from. I’m already planning my trip for next year and I plan to stay at the same place. They also supply beach, chairs, and an umbrella.

Perfect unit for a couple wishing to vacation at the beach. Our place was updated and very clean upon our arrival. Only 1 block from the beach with towels and chairs provided made our visit perfect.

Great location - enjoyable stay!

The apartment was exactly as described, although on pictures it looked slightly bigger. There was an issue with AC remote, but we were able to resolve very quickly over text messages. Great location and efficient communication made it to a time we enjoyed.

Great Location

The space is exactly as listed. It is a little small but we didn’t mind since we knew this going in and most of our time wasn’t spent in the condo. The pool was great and never over crowded. We had been told there would be a pack n play but didn’t see one when we arrived. However, we contacted Gino and there was a brand new one delivered later that day! The beach is super close and my husband was able to wake up and watch the sun rise every morning. Took approximately 2-3 min to the beach. The beach near the condo has more rock formations then up the street but still a good location. The beach umbrella in the room is old and pretty broken down. We were able to make it work but it def needs to be replaced! Highly recommend this location!

The place is very basic and not very roomy. The furniture needs to be updated . The bedroom is so small that there is not enough room on the sides of the bed to walk around the bed. Both sides of the bed are up against the walls in the room. The bathroom is very basis, not even a soap dish in the shower The location of the property is IDEAL!!!

Great location, clean apartment

Long weekend in Deerfield beach. VRBO is located at the south end of the boardwalk. We parked the car and walked to beach and restaurants all 4 days. For walkers, runners and bikers, no limits. Good sized pool at 86 degrees. Safe sidewalks and bike lanes along the ocean and inter coastal. Kevin most responsive on checking in. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very nice, convenient, modest lodging

The location is ideal - one block to the beach and slightly over a mile to towns in two directions. The pool was lovely. My place was really small, especially compared to others (I visited another guest, whose place and 2 /12 times the size of mine.) I suggest charging slightly less for it. Also beach supplies were handy! My only complaints / suggestions are: 1) there were not instructions on how to use the television and I had a miserable time with it; 2) need more kitchen basics, such as tupperware, a sink drain strainer, at least one pod of coffee or loose coffee (so one can have a cup before going shopping) and oil; 3) the light over the bed would no turn off when the bedroom fan was on - we just unscrewed the bulb. The manager of the property was really responsive. I will stay here again.

I tested positive for Covid a day before we were to leave. Thank goodness I took the insurance out bc the owner was very rude and just said you don't get your money back bc it was a day before we were to arrive. I've learned a lesson and don't know how often I will stay in something like this from now on. It may be easier just to rent a hotel room.

Vacation in the Sun

Very nice location, just a block from the beach. Pool was clean and had convenient suntanning spots right on the property. Room was clean and came with plenty of beach towels and chairs
