This Luxury End ground floor 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment, fully fitted integrated kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 single beds). Ample wardrobe & drawer space in both bedrooms with mirrors & hairdryer. 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite bath with shower over bath. Large lounge dining room with dining table, TV, CD player leading out to the large private terrace with lounge chairs, coffee table & sun loungers. Private grass area which leads down to well maintained & manicured gardens, large swimming pool, children’s pool & secure children’s play area. Perfect holiday

The apartment for us was a perfect place. Far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the marina area, 20 mins walk away. So peaceful and quiet on the complex.

Great stay - April 2024

Great place to stay in Vilamoura. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in future Easy walking distance to the Marina, crazy golf and the tennis & padel club which helped to keep the kids entertained (11 & 10 years old). Lovely pool area and grounds. The apartment was also well maintained and very spacious. It was great for a relaxing week in April.

We stayed at this apartment in august. It was all you could hope for. A little out from marina but ubers are quick and easy. Would reccomend to anyone. We had a great time.

Great apartment with everything you need

Apartment very well equipped, everything you need and immaculately presented, pictures do not do it justice. Amazing pool and outside space. Location is great being a 20 min walk or a cheap Uber to the marina. Phil has be great to deal with and very quick to respond to any messages, we will definitely return!

Lovely Holiday apartment

This is a beautiful apartment, very spacious with lovely terrace leading to the pool area. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes walk from the marina. There is a small complex across the road with a Spar, 2 cafes, restaurant and pub. All are good. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Well worth a visit.

Family holiday in Vilamoura

The flat is in a good location about a 15 minute walk to the Marina, taxis cost around 7 euros. The flat was great: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and outdoor seating area with a small garden. Communal pool which is lovely. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone wanting to stay in Vilamoura by the golf courses. Communication with Phil was excellent. Hope to stay again sometime.

A beautiful place to stay

Just home from 5 days at this lovely apartment. We have visited the complex previously and it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is large and airy with plenty of room. Just about everything you need to cook, although we did go out to Vilamoura Marina to eat in the evenings. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and the pool was lovely as you would hope for. The beach was easily accessible and the sunsets were stunning, well worth a visit. We did hire a car for our visit, but if you are happy to walk it wouldn’t be a problem. Thank you for a much needed break.

Nice complex

The Condominio de Golf ll is a lovely quiet complex with well tended gardens and nice pool area. With regard to the apartment itself, there have been some slight changes since the photos were taken. The grey, padded, leatherette dining chairs have been replaced with very hard wooden chairs. We could find no seat pads for them. The outside dining table and chairs have been replaced with a low coffee table, small sofa and two armchairs. There were two sun loungers with cushions, which were very comfortable. The sofa in the lounge was comfortable. We found the beds extremely bouncy and so we did not sleep well. Thankfully we were only staying for a week. The pillows were comfortable though. There was a welcome pack of water, milk, bread, butter, cheese and ham. 3 dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid was provided but no washing powder. There was a filter coffee machine, unfortunately no coffee pod machine. The frying pans had seen better days (but I understand these are to be replaced soon) and had been left in a very unclean state by the previous guests, as too were the coffee mugs. Perhaps if more dishwasher tablets had been provided this would have been avoided? The terrace gets the sun from around from mid-day to 4pm. The local Spar seems to have closed permanently but there is a good Intermarche supermarket about 20 mins walk away. The Marina is about 30-35 min walk, the beach about 35-40 min walk. Be aware that the twin bedroom faces the road beyond so there is some light traffic noise. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this complex but not this apartment unless the beds were upgraded. However the apartment offers good value for money.

Buena casa aunque mejorable

La casa es amplia, en una urbanización muy bonita, muy bien situada, y tal y como se ve en las fotografías. Sin embargo, aunque tiene dos cuartos de baño, uno es inutilizable ya que la bañera no tiene ducha y de nada sirve una bañera si no hay con qué aclarar el gel y el champú. En unas vacaciones de playa, obligar a que cuatro personas tengan que ducharse en un cuarto de baño ralentiza mucho las cosas, y de haberlo sabido, no habríamos alquilado esta casa. Contactado el dueño dijo que había quitado la ducha porque caía agua en la encimera de madera. Y es que la bañera no tiene mampara. En general los baños están bastante pobres: poca iluminación, pocos toalleros (en el baño principal directamente no hay), y algunas toallas "grandes" eran de tamaño muy pequeño. Igualmente, para una estancia de 10 noches dejaron solo un rollo de papel higiénico por baño. Creo que dos por cuarto de baño para 10 días y 4 pax sería lo normal. Había jabón de manos, pero no gel. A favor que en la cocina había detergente para fregar a mano, y pastillas para el lavavajillas, estropajo y paños de cocina. Como punto a mejorar, los platos están contados: 5 platos, 5 cubiertos. No hay menaje para una comida y una cena sin fregar a mano o sin poner el lavavajillas, que es gastar agua innecesariamente con un lavavajillas a medio cargar. Otro punto en contra: en la reserva se decía que había una limpieza semanal, que en 10 días no ha habido y que habría venido bien para cambiar toallas y reponer papel.

This is a wonderful property to stay in. Our third time and always excellent. Both owner and contact person in area always extremely helpful and prompt to reply to any queries. Would recommend it as complex is beautiful and quiet.

What a lovely apartment and area to stay. If you have a car it is minutes from the busy port area. If you want peace and quiet in a lovely setting, this apartment will give you this. All amenities are top grade and the owner was so helpful throughout. Great place to stay. Thanks again

Schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten wunderschönen Anlage mit riesigem Pool und herrlichem Garten. Die Wohnung hat direkten Zugang dazu. Es waren nur wenige Wohnungen belegt und die Nachbarn sehr angenehm. Nachts hört man bei offenem Fenster Straßenlärm. Bei der Innnenausstattung gibt es doch einige Mängel: Die Pfannen in der Küche waren nicht benutzbar. Es gibt so wenig Geschirr, dass man täglich die Spülmaschine einschalten muss. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer kommt aus dem Schrank ein unerträglicher Geruch nach Schimmel, der in allen Handtüchern steckt. Diese haben wir erst einmal gewaschen, genau wie die Bettwäsche. Die Toilettensitze wackeln leider sehr. In diese Wohnung muss einfach einmal wieder ein wenig Geld investiert werden. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

Small complex with beautifully kept pool and gardens, very quiet. Lovely spacious apartment with large shady terrace. Little within easy walking distance but taxis are cheap and reliable. Great holiday overall😎
