* Walk to everything in Cotton Tree – Beach, River, Restaurants, Shops, Take away, Doctor, Chemist, Bottle shop, Butcher, Foodworks – everything you will need while on Holidays !!
* Car space underneath the building (this car space has a low clearance)

Helpful hint for your holiday
- As our apartments are not serviced we recommend you bring some essentials including: toilet paper, soap, washing powder, salt/pepper, tea and coffee.

*Linen required (if you bring your own) - sheets, bath towels, tea towel, bath mat
