This original Barwon Heads beach shack has had an architect designed renovation and is the perfect seaside holiday spot. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, river and 13th beach, but also includes and inground heated pool for the days you dont want to brave the beach. Large modern kitchen perfect for cooking up delicious dinners, 2 lounge areas, (for those who can't agree on tv shows) open plan dining room and great sized backyard / outdoor area. Weber bbq makes cooking dinner easy. Easily accommodates 8 people. Four generous bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms with third toilet. Light filled laundry and beautiful spacious kitchen and living areas. Air conditioning throughout.

Double glazed windows, concrete under floor heating, wood fire in lounge room makes this house a great spot for both water and summer. Air conditioning in main living & all bedrooms ensure the house is a comfortable temperature all year round. The house has been designed with big sliding doors, and louvres to take advantage of sea breezes for cross ventilation.

Main bedroom has king sized bed, 2nd and 3rd bedroom with queen size beds , and 4th bedroom has the 1 king bed. All bed linen provided, along with towels. Please bring own beach towels.

Big decked area looking out onto a large north facing lawn, new inground pool heated to the perfect temperature ensures everyone will be swimming. Fully enclosed backyard so very safe for kids. (Pets strictly by arrangement) Webber bbq provided for summer cooking. Outdoor shower perfect for that rinse off when you return from the beach.

Short stroll (5 mins) to the Main Street restaurants, shops and pub, Barwon heads river and Thirteenth beach. 2 x Stand up paddle boards avail for use during your stay.
