Positioned in an ideal location; just a 5 minute drive to local beaches and within walking distance to parks, playgrounds, walking tracks, the skate park in tennis courts. A short 10 to 15 minute stroll to the Barwon river, main street, cafes, dining and Barwon heads golf course.

This double storey house sleeps up to 11 people, featuring five lovely bedrooms, along with spacious, light indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. The bedroom configurations are listed below:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed (Master)
Bedroom 2 - King OR 2 long singles
Bedroom 3 - King OR 2 long singles
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed
Bedroom 5 - Triple Bunk (Queen on bottom, single on top)

A large downstairs living area contains split-system air conditioning and heating. The upstairs living area has a beautiful outlook and balcony. Both living rooms include large flat screen smart TVs. The generous kitchen and dining space is well-stocked and outlook luscious green outdoor spaces. You will also find two bathrooms and a convenient laundry in the house. Inclosed outdoor spaces add to its charm. The backyard features a bbq area with a webber and fire-pit, a heated outdoor shower and bath, lounge area and an adjoining reserve with plenty of space for children to play and adults to entertain. A large shed with a table tennis table and games adds to the experience. Other features include Wi-Fi, books, board games, lots of parking and close to local bus stop.

Relaxing family get together

Well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located a short walk from shops and river. Loved the spacious kitchen, games shed, in ground trampoline and neighbourhood "commons" out the back gate!

Weekend away in Barwon Heads

This house was the perfect size for our group - 8 friends who were away to attend a wedding together. Close proximity to the beach and main restaurants and shops in Barwon Heads. The only minor complaint is about the lack of toilet paper - only two rolls were provided for 8 adults for a two night stay, so we had to go and buy our own. Otherwise everything was fabulous and would stay here again :)

Great location, good for big families

Close to shops, playgrounds, cafes. House was large enough for 3 families, with kids 1-3 years old. Enjoyed the games and table tennis table. Could have been cleaner. Linen not included in price

Easter fun

Great house. Comfortable beds plenty of room and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need. Just needed more wine glasses and barbie a clean. Walking distance to market and shops. Would recommend to anybody looking for a 5bedroom dog friendly home. Would book again. Thanks to our host.

House is well located for golf in the area, but some walk from Barwon Heads cafe/pubs etc House is well setup for a larger group. Comfortable beds and kitchen set up. Recommended.
