100 year old Charming cottage in the heart of Busselton. Freshly painted throughout this cottage has 3 family sized bedrooms all with new beds and linen. 1 large full bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. Extra toilet off external laundry
Utilise the spacious well equipped kitchen for meals or fun filled game nights.
Recently extended patio area allows you to also entertain outside.
Located in the heart of Busselton and only walking distance to shops and cafes. A perfect base for your South West adventures!

Great central convenient spot with lovely clean facilities. The three double rooms accommodated three sets of adults making it an affordable option for our extended family to come together and spend some quality time in Busselton

Busselton stay

Salt and Pepper cottage was absolutely lovely, Alea had thought of everything that guests would want or need. Very clean and tidy, good facilities inc Netflix for the kids after a long day out and about. Mozz the cat greeted us on arrival and the kids loved him, we left him outside though. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage

We were in Busselton for the SongFest. The easy access and proximity to Town Centre was fantastic. Very pleasant dwelling. Toilets are a bit low, but all else was very comfortable.

Lovely home, lovely area

This home was such a great stay, many appliances were supplied by the home, there was a great amount of space and was very clean when we arrived. The neighbours are lovely and the area is great, very close to shops such as Coles. Will definitely stay again!

Great warm little house- perfect location

Loved staying here, 3 big rooms, nice lounge room with a door to seperate from little asleep kiddies. Plenty of heaters, not a chance of being cold at that place.

Easter break

Lovely cottage! Checkin was easy with clear instructions. Had everything we needed, comfy, cozy and close to everything which was great. The courtyard was just right for our dog. It was nice to meet Freda who was so welcoming. We would very much recommend Salt and Pepper Cottage.

Short Break - Busselton

We had a three night break in Busselton and using the Stayz app found the Salt and Pepper Cottage. We had a fabulous stay there. The accommodation was perfect with a nice, quiet and convenient location for the shops and Jetty. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Great for a few days!

This was a wonderful stay for our few days in Busselton. Heaters in every room made it nice and cosy in cold weather. Great location close to shops and waterfront!

Great Location and Spotlessly clean!

Loved this cottage. Great location - close to township and beach. Very clean and recently renovated. Light and fresh presentation throughout, and ideal little courtyard area with BBQ out the back. Perfect for family getaway. Had everything we needed including some very handy pantry items. We'lll be back :-)

Wonderful Little Cottage

Cottage was wonderfully clean and well appointed. Was absolutely perfect for our needs. We can whole heartedly recommend it to anybody. Check-in was a breeze and owners a pleasure to deal with!

Summer fun

Great location, tidy, clean and quaint little cottage. Could do with a few more things for kids (games, sand toys, beach equipment etc) and is missing some basic kitchen items (cooking oil, storage containers, potato masher) but property owner is terrific to deal with and probably would have sorted out these things if we'd mentioned them (which we didn't). Gorgeous back courtyard but gets very very hot in hot weather and parking can be a bit of an issue due to the salon behind but not fatal. We loved it here and would definitely stay again. Proximity to beach, shops etc is terrific.

Great Old House

Stayed for 3 nights on our holidays and had a great time. It was horrible, cold weather but there was heating in every room which made it super comfortable. We have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending this place to our friends and family.

Best Location

This property is well looked after, clean & tidy with all the amenities you could possibly need. Close to the beach, skate park- perfect for kids, Busselton Jetty and the centre of town is just a few minutes walk. So glad we found this gem, will definitely be back!
