Guest access
Our home is your home while you are with us. All we ask is that you adhere to the community rules, including leaving the hot tub when it closes.

Once open, our guests will be provided with an access key (don't lose the key; the penalty is $100); it closes at 9pm.

Please note there is no air-conditioning in this unit, although fans are provided

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.
