75 Cyrus - Nautilus - is the most luxurious couples only option in Hyams Beach - complete with ocean views, front deck, rear entertaining courtyard, heated spa, terraced gardens, stylish living areas, a super comfy bed, a stunning kitchen and two fully renovated bathrooms. If you want to experience the best of Hyams Beach, Nautilus is the perfect option!

Please note:

- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
- Due to the style and decor, this property is not suitable for children or babies.

Summer Season 26/27 (18 December to 21 January)

7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. To book, select these exact dates:

- Arrive: Saturday 19 Dec | Depart: Saturday 26 Dec
- Arrive: Sunday 27 Dec | Depart: Sunday 3 Jan
- Arrive: Monday 4 Jan | Depart: Monday 11 Jan

For the rest of Summer Season, a 3 night minimum applies.

Where will I be?

Located in the heart of the village, Nautilus is diagonally across the road from the Hyams Beach Cafe and just up from the main entrance to Hyams Beach. It has great views over Jervis Bay from an elevated position.

Why choose Nautilus?

With wonderful views of the bay, ceiling fan and an outdoor setting, the front verandah is a very livable and relaxing aspect of Nautilus. The inclusion of a BBQ on the front balcony ensures you do not miss a minute of the wonderful views.The interior of the house is also luxurious, spacious and modern. The back of the house has a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ and heated spa, plus the original wood fire BBQ can be lit to toast marshmallows!

How is the property laid out?

Nautilus has one queen bedroom, an open plan dining/lounge, a well appointed kitchen and a large modern bathroom with separate bath. Catering to couples only, this property has air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. It is airy and light and provides a very comfortable holiday experience. There is also a second bathroom with shower and toilet, adjoining the outdoor entertaining courtyard to make the most of your outdoor living area.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

What about outdoors?

Nautilus has a lovely, covered front deck overlooking Jervis Bay, a fantastic outdoor entertaining courtyard, an outdoor heated spa, beautifully landscaped gardens with sandstone terracing, and good lawn areas. The house is set back well from the road for privacy and space.

The house also has a hot and cold shower for when you come back from the beach.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

Nautilus has reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort - keeping you at just the right temperature year round. There is a panel heater and an electric wood fire to create the cosy romantic ambience that this great property offers.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Linen is supplied at Nautilus. Please remember to bring your own favourite beach towels. Anelectric blanket is supplied during the winter months for your comfort as is an electric snuggle rug for those chilly nights relaxing on the sofa.

Parking for cars?

There is off-street driveway parking for 2 cars.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Nautilus is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly properties.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Enjoyed our stay, being able to hear and see the ocean was wonderful, the hot tub was a nice addition for the cool nights.

Clean, comfortable home. I stayed alone but it suits two people. One bedroom, quality bed/bedding. Nice bath. Conveniently located across the road from a cafe. Lovely ocean view. Main suggestion is that it really needs wire screens so windows/sliding door can be left open at night to enjoy the sound of surf.

Beautiful home in a stunning spot

We had an amazing weekend at this house. The ocean view is beautiful and calming, it's an easy two minute walk to the beach, the interior is clean and well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked and the backyard (with spa!) is great to relax in. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect for a weekend away!

We had an amazing weekend at this Hyams Beach home. It's an easy 2 min walk to the beach, the balcony has beautiful views, the house feels very quiet and peaceful, and the interior is clean and well maintained. Loved that the kitchen is well stocked, the spa and the late checkout on Sundays. We'll definitely be back!

Gorgeous and perfectly appointed chic beach home

We loved our stay at the Nautilus, a stone's throw from the beach, Hyams Cafe across the road. It was a perfect location to all Hyams has to offer. The house was and kitchen were thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed and more! It was a cheerful and inviting home and the only problem we had was leaving.

Wonderful location

My husband and I just spent a fabulous week end on Hyams Beach, even if the weather wasn't always the best ! the house was very clean and pleasant and the location, right across a fabulous cafe was perfect, we had our 2 breakfast and 2 diners there ! 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Hyams beach, perfect for a walk and a nice swim. The bed was comfortable and bed linen very pretty (being French, I'm sensitive to this !!). So, the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there is no wifi in the house or in the cafe, the phone connection is very poor, so I know this is a problem in Australia and coming from France and from the US we are very spoiled with a very fast and efficient Internet. I know we are supposed to do digital break once in a while, but not being able to reach my kids who are in school in the US was a little frustrating. I'm not sure there something to do about it and it was ok for a week end, I couldn't do a full week without wifi ! Aside from this, we had the best time and if we lived in Sydney on a permanent basis, we would definitely go back !! Thank you very much I will highly recommend your company to my friends !

Beautiful beachside holiday

We really lucked out on this place! It's just a short stroll to the most beautiful beach in the world, and across the road from a gorgeous little caf that serves great food and coffee. The facilities were great, the place was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect and just absolute stunning location!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights and it was just one of the most perfect getaway I could ask for. Fantastic view from the balcony and bedroom, quiet and stunning location, great facilities, cafe just infront of the house and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I normally don't write reviews but for this stunning house, I had to write one- we recommend this to everyone!

Great Location and Comfort

Would definitely stay at this place again! location is great only a 1 minute walk from the Hyam's beach entrance. Very relaxed environment, facilities were modern, Kitchen and bathroom very clean and new. Regret not staying longer!

Very comfortable getaway for couples.

We booked a long weekend here and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Everything feels new and well maintained. The location is great, it's very peaceful and a few mins walk to Hyams beach. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch the view. I would definitely book again.

Stayed here on a whim. Great location, but the house needs a bit of maintenance. Bbq gas bottle empty. Wood bbq hot plate very rusty. Doors hard to open and close. Needs some maintenence.
