This Spacious Home home sleeps 12 people in comfort.

After a fun filled day what better way to unwind than by or in the large Pool & Spa (both GAS Heated - inquire with us about cost)
The Deck has a spacious covered area to lounge and hang out with the entire group/family. Great conservation area to the rear for added privacy.

The open family room consists of sumptuous leather sofas and large flat screen TV.

A well-appointed kitchen with Granite Counter Tops and WINE FRIDGE is fit for the most discerning chef. The Dining Table seats 8 guests comfortably plus there is plenty of seating around the spacious kitchen island to accommodate everyone.

We had a great experience at 891 Bella Vida resort! The beds were very comfortable (which at other places they were not great) they had a lot of kitchen utensils already available, the hot tub and the pool were great the seating outside was comfortable and enough for all of the guest so relax outside. Very kid friendly with having a gate to the pool and hot tub.

Property is laid out nicely and was very clean. The bedrooms had small ceiling fans and not all of them worked. Also, there were no bureaus/dressers in 4 of the 5 bedrooms only closets for hanging clothing. This meant that we needed to keep most of our clothing in our suitcases which was not ideal.

The house itself is great, perfect amount of space for three families. Pool was perfect for kids and not far from sea world and Disney World. Tow trucks patrol the neighborhood and will tow your car without warning if any part of your vehicle is touching or hanging over sidewalk that runs through driveway. The property manager is extremely rude! We had a couple days when trash pick up did happen and the community trash was over flowing everyday with racoons into everything. The house itself was perfect for our vacation and owners are quick to communicate. The property is poorly managed; trash was not taken care, property manager is very rude, clubhouse and it's amenities are not as advertised.

Family Florida vacation in Bella vida

House was gorgeous, very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The pool/spa was great. Very close to theme parks and great shopping. Staff at gate house were nice. House manager was very helpful with all my questions. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The home was beautiful, great location. Easy access in and out of the community. Close to the parks and stores. The home was very comfortable for my family of 10. The only cons I had were the hot water wasnt working upon arrival. (easy fix property manager quick response) wasnt enough linens for our family we had to buy more at wm. Wasnt enough kitchen Utensils (pot pans) other then that beautiful home i would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home! Few upgrades need to be made to the property: few door knobs loose, some of the kitchen chairs were broken, kitchen sink faucet leaks and dryer doesn’t dry clothes in one cycle. Overall it was not a huge issue.

The unit was located in a great area, close to attractions, close to shopping areas. Very spacious and clean, however we had issues with air conditioning and sinks being clogged. Property manager was notified but no one came out the entire week we were there, so we had to share bathrooms. We spent some nights hot either upstairs or downstairs.

We did send out an AC technician right away to check on the AC and he could not find any issue, everything was working properly and the temperature was 75 degrees inside as that was the temperature the thermostat was set to. We already have checked on sinks, and you did close the stopper and did not reopen it, the sinks are all working perfectly fine! Nice house

The house is nice located in a safe, gated community. The staff at the check in gate were lovely. Pros: clean, updated, bright and inviting, good communication with host, lovely community with a nice community pool and walking trails, Walmart is 2 minutes away as well as chick fil a. Cons: There is nothing in the kitchen at all, not even salt, if you want to cook, bring everything. There were nice dishes, pots and pans, but the coffee maker barely worked. I had to turn it off and on repeatedly to get it to brew one cup. The surrounding area is lacking in restaurants. There are places to eat, but lacking choices. You really need to drive a bit to find variety. The traffic going towards Orlando was horrible at all hours of the day and night. Maybe that’s the norm, I’ve never been before. Over all the place was perfect for 4 moms that were there for our daughter’s dance competition in Orlando, but next time we will stay closer to the venue as the 8 mile drive typically took 30-40 minutes.

As you experienced when reaching out about the clubhouse and fitness room, we are always just a quick call or message away. For future stays, we encourage guests to notify us of any issues while on-site rather than mentioning them in reviews—most things are easy fixes and can be handled promptly to ensure a smooth experience. There are plenty of Restaurant Options within a short drive, again always reach out for information if you are not sure. Regarding traffic, Orlando is a major city with busy roads, especially around popular attractions. Would stay again if I didn’t have anyone I wanted to invite over.

The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they would not let us have our family members who live nearby over for dinner. 12 is the limit and only the people you specifically identify at the rental are allowed. They said it was for insurance purposes. It really put a damper on our visit. I’ve never seen this restriction on a Vrbo rental before. Otherwise, it was a lovely, clean, up to date place with good gathering places inside and out. The pool heat I ordered was three days late, but they responded as soon as I notified them and then refunded the 3 days.

No hot water and propane

No hot water and propane odor in the garage, reached out to property management and the came they relit the water heater had no idea why it went out. We left for the day and when we returned you could smell nothing but propane. Called the management company again, told them we were not staying in the house with that happening. They found us another house but there was a problem with that pool heater and we were 40 minutes away from everything that we had planned to do.

Very nice house. enclosed pool was nice for the girls ( 3 and 5 yrs ). However, as a former US Marine officer I'm use to rules but i would have spent my entire 5 day trip getting through the rules that govern this house. A " minimalist" rental is outlined as you are preparing for checking in. what that means is BRING your own Toilet paper, paper towels, kleenix, ect. checked in on a friday aft but the owners had apparently left the country so I never had any of my calls to their MAIN number answered until the following monday. don't be mistaken by the directv hook-ups on every tv. they don't work for YOU. The grill I planned to cook dinners on was LOCKED and no access to it either. In the RULES, Big emphasis on being neighborly ( late music etc ) but apparently both neighbors on each side ( open screen pool areas are approximitely 6 ft apart. ) didn't get the memo as spanish music entertained the whole area til well past 1 AM. I gave them a 4 star ONLY because the house was nice and " as described ", physically.

Yes, we were away on that Sunday on a family emergency, you said you tried to reach us but you never left a voicemail, even if we are not able to answer the phone we are always monitoring our voicemail even outside of office hours including Sundays or on Holidays so that if there is anything urgent (in your case wanting to watch a certain game) we are there to help. You only sent us a message on Monday via VRBO and we got back to you right away. The home does have Streaming TV only. Also there is no BBQ advertised for this house either (BBQ in garage is owners private BBQ), but we do offer BBQ Rentals if guests are interested - this information is also provided in our listing description before booking and in communications before your arrival. We are sorry to hear that the neighbors for your stay were not as respectful , there is 24 hour Security at the Resort that can be contacted. Again thank yu for staying with us.

The House needs some TLC

The day after we arrived there was no hot water. This was on Christmas Eve. NO one responded same day. A PM came out the next day to "assist", but we had already taken the door off a locked closet to find the pilot light was not lit as we couldn't wait for hot water (it was also cold in the high 30's at night). We had some children that couldn't bath and we couldn't sanitize bottles. The heat was restricted and we couldn't change the temperature upstairs and it was cold at night. There were no spare blankets. There was limited towels and this was a problem because the washing machine wouldn't complete a full cycle. We would have to restart it and hit spin and drain each time. The dryer took over 2 hours to dry a small load. One of the sinks was clogged in the bathroom and no one came to fix it during our 1 week stay. The kitchen was missing standard and simple items like scissors, baking sheets, a coffee pot. The only thing the company responded to was the leaking kitchen faucet. We asked for a refund of some sorts and NEVER got anything. They offered to remove the pool heat cost from our bill as the pool never heated (we understood as it was unseasonable cold; they should've credited for that).... if you are going to consider staying here.... Make sure you one read this review and ask that all of these items are in working order or that these items have been added, cleaned, cleared or improved before you bring a family of 12. The house has a ton of potential. It is a great size, layout, and great location. It is just too bad, that the company didn't DO more to help us out. We hope this review helps them realize that they should've responded to us with a credit for our stay, but instead I am writing this review to avoid anyone's future stay to be uncomfortable.

As you said yourself you left only a 2 star review because we did not give you any additional refund than what we already offered. We did come out DEC 24 in the morning as soon as you reported the leaking kitchen faucet and had this replaced within a few hours the same day. Our apologies for the Water Heater, please note that these are privately owned homes and owners rely on outside companies for any repairs which might not be available immediately especially at night and during Holidays. As you said yourself you were able to turn the pilot light back on that same evening. For the inconvenience with the water heater we did offer you FREE POOL HEAT for the days the weather had gotten warmer. Pool Heat is set to max 86 degrees as per State Regulations, this home has a gas heater, so the water had been heated for several days for you - Which amounts to at least 1 NIGHT FREE STAY for the couple of hours without warm water. You are only mentioning now over 1 month after departure that you feel the water was not warm enough? When you mentioned that you had bought some sissors beause they were missing - WE REFUNDED YOU. We were able to fix the Washer - someone had closed one of the water lines. All Sinks have been checked as well. Sincerely The Florida-Holiday-Homes Team

Many of our guests especially love the spacious covered deck and the pool area, which are great for relaxing and enjoying time outdoors. The grounds surrounding the home, including area landscaping, are managed and maintained by the resort administration as part of the community’s upkeep. Just ok

Property is in a good location and has potential. Needs some updating as far as getting a new ac unit on the first floor you can’t set the thermostat below 74degrees and with it being only 87 outside and thermostat at 74 our unit froze completely shutting it off for about 10 hours leaving our inside temperature of 79 or 80. 2 bedrooms are on the bottom floor so it was very uncomfortable sleeping that night. Even 74 is warmer than what my family from Pennsylvania sets the thermostat in the summer. Don’t be deceived thinking you are getting a spa/hot tub the temperature of that water is the same as the pool. The pool deck and pool is a rough concrete where all the kids had their toes cut up/ blistered. The only non stick large pan has Teflon wearing off to where you will eat it if you use that pan. The dryer takes about 2/3 cycles to dry anything. The trash situation is crazy no outside can for trash you have to take it to the community dumpster each time and it’s not close to walk that far with garbage so you have to keep loading it in your vehicle to throw out. I would say our overall stay was ok but could have been better with some updates.

Hi Juliann, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback, which we do appreciate and to take seriously. We will certainly check on the AC, Dryer, Pots & Pans (we just replaced most of them 2 months ago). We did come out on Sunday morning to check on the AC after you left a message Saturday evening and you said all was good and AC is working. The TRASH COLLECTION is provided by the Resort Administration, there is a Trash Bench at the Entrance with DAILY VALET PICK UP SERVICE!. The Pool Deck is the same as in all other Vacation homes in the area and this is the first time that anyone would have any problems or 'bloody feet' from it....? This is a first in over 10 years of managing Vacation Homes.... Again we appreciate your feedback. The Florida-Holiday-Homes Team
