Villa de deux étages, orientée sud, dans la fabuleuse communauté sécurisée de Cumbrian Lakes, offrant une vue magnifique sur le lac et la réserve naturelle.Simplement la meilleure position sur les lacs de Cumbria avec une grande piscine / spa lanai pour que vous puissiez regarder le Floride faune tout en vous relaxant dans la piscine qui n'est pas négligée - il y a des haies de chaque côté pour un maximum d'intimité et de relaxation totale ......

Dans un excellent emplacement, nous sommes à seulement 15 minutes de Disney et 20 minutes de Universal et à proximité de tous les parcs aquatiques - la villa est située au centre et idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie dans les parcs!

Cinq chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains - deux chambres de maître de taille King (en suite), une en bas donnant sur la piscine et l'autre à l'étage a son propre balcon privé avec vue sur le lac. Wi-fi gratuit et une télévision de 55 pouces dans le salon, de nouvelles télévisions à écran plat dans chaque chambre et actuellement complètement remis à neuf, notre villa est la base de vacances idéale pour une famille ou des amis voyageant ensemble

Ray is a fantastic host who responds to questions in a timely manner. He had lots of great suggestions to make our stay even better. He prepared fishing rods for our kids to enjoy. The house was clean and spacious. It was easy to access the house. Highly recommend staying at Ray's property.

House was perfect for all of us. Wish pool was heated. And limiting 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom seemed a little cheap. But we had a great time watching animals in the pond behind the house.

Our family throughly enjoyed our week here. The pool and hot tub were a perfect temperature. We loved watching the wildlife around the lake. Thanks for the tips Ray for what to look for! Such a peaceful setting. Our grandson enjoyed the pool toys and also the neighborhood playground. The house was very spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had fun playing ping pong in the garage/games room during the thunderstorm.Ray was extremely responsive to all my inquiries. Looking forward to returning.

The house was perfect! There was plenty of space, instructions everywhere to make things easier. The pool was sparkling, pool man comes on Thursday to check chemicals and clean. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Large two storey villa

Cumbrian Lakes is a lovely quiet gated community with amenities a short drive away. The villa had a lovely view outside of the lake with trees behind and we saw deer most mornings. The villa is spacious and well equipped.

Great Place to Vacation

This beautiful clean home is just as pictured. We had a great relaxing time and although it was unusually cool temperatures during our three weeks in February, we enjoyed the perfectly heated pool and spa. The gated neighborhood is quiet and has a great walking trail around lake. The owner is very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiries.

Really enjoy staying at this beautiful 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Cumbrian Lakes home. Plenty of room for everyone. Great built-in pool heated. Beautiful views of the lake right behind the house . A very comfortable house, every one enjoyed. Would come back here again tomorrow! Thank you for having us!

Perfect Family Home in mostly quiet neighbourhood

House was perfect match for our family of 4. Parks within 15-30 minutes drive. Super comfy to relax in or at the pool after a long day. Ray answered all questions quickly. Property mgmt on site also very responsive. Party people next door, partying for 48 hours nonstop, nothing to blame owners for. All in all a perfect vacation home far from home.

Home Vacation

The home was spacious. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful, even from far away. It was nice, but it may be time for a little update on a few of the items in the home. Overall, a good family vacation in a great location and AWESOME fishing lakes!!!

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful, fit all of us comfortably. The only thing I will complain about is who ever stood before us left trash in the bins and there was ALOT of fly’s and they went inside the house. The washer was making a loud noise and some other things. Ray is great at replying back but management never came by to fix the minor issues, so one of the things that we had to do is buy to kill all the flys inside and outside the house. Other then that property was great.

Bday trip

The property was great. Plenty of room for all to spread out. Few minor issues hot tub got warm but never really hot. Didn’t complain but it would have been nice if it was warmer. Also no lights in pool so no night swimming. Light outside on patio just not in the water. House had all necessary items linens, towels, dishes, glasses,pots, pans... game room is in garage and extremely stuffy couldn’t use. No circulation, a small fan but it didn’t do much. Mostly good tho. Location great buy lots of stores. Oh master bed upstairs hard as a rock and pillows could have been better. But still a great time overall. I would definitely recommend this house. Good communication, check in was quick and easy.

Plenty of Room

Plenty of room for everyone! Loved being able to fish the Lakes caught several bass. Home was very clean, Pool table and ping pong table was a plus! I would recommend providing wash cloths and maybe a little more condiments like dish liquid and salt and pepper. The master suite on the lower level really needs a new mattress it's very hard but we were so tired from all day activities we made it through it. Ray was a pleasure dealing with the hot tub and pool heat pump was torn up and we didn't have no heat to be able to swim at night but home owner Ray said he would give a refund for the inconvenience and even a little extra so that was nice. Check in & out was good except its about 4/5 miles away from the home and heavy traffic, I would recommend a door code it would be much easier.. I would recommend this home and would stay again! Thanks Mr.Ray!!

Over the last 7 years we have had some amazing guests from all over the world stay and experience what makes this villa so special returning time and time again.
