Set beneath a canopy of native trees and surrounded by gardens, this home offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Step into the main living area and unwind on the L-shaped sofa while enjoying music through the Sonos sound system by the fireplace. A second living room offers a playful retreat for little ones, where they can curl up with a book, dive into games and toys or draw on the chalkboard wall.

Prepare a gourmet feast in the well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, walk-in pantry, Nespresso machine and Corian benchtops. Share meals around the timber dining table or head outside to savour alfresco BBQs beneath a louvred roof. Spend your afternoons sipping wine by the fire pit or simply relaxing in one of the sunny lounge areas while the kids bounce on the trampoline.

As night falls, retreat to five tranquil bedrooms with leafy views. Recharge in the primary suite with a king-sized four-poster bed and a private ensuite. Three additional bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. Two offer queen beds, while the third is designed for children with a bunk bed and a chalkboard wall. This wing also features a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided to keep your holiday stress-free.

Just steps from the main house, the fifth bedroom is a self-contained studio suite. It features a queen bed, private ensuite, bar fridge, TV, and split-system air conditioning. With views across the property to the nearby dam, it’s the perfect retreat for anyone seeking extra privacy.

A study nook with a desk provides space to catch up on emails if needed. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months, and additional wood can be purchased locally outside of the season. Enjoy year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area, the primary suite, and the fifth bedroom, while every bedroom is also equipped with its own heater and pedestal fan. Driveway parking is available as well as a high-capacity, 220kW EV charger (this is 3x the speed of most home chargers).

From there, it’s a short stroll to Yallingup Beach–perfect for a swim or a sunset walk. Visit boutique tasting rooms like Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Marq Wines, and Deep Woods Estate, all just eight minutes away. Families will love the Country Life Farm, just seven minutes from home, where kids can feed friendly animals. A little further on, the Dunsborough town centre awaits with pristine beaches, boutique shopping, and waterfront dining.
