THE VILLA
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed. The other rooms are equipped with two queen beds. All rooms include air conditioning, and three have smart TVs, all with private bathrooms and closets. Fully equipped kitchen, extensive living room terrace & dining room, private courtyard, and swimming pool with a non-heated jacuzzi.

Holiday Season Payment & Cancellation Policy for Golf Carts:
During Holiday Season periods (Christmas, New Year & Thanksgiving), all golf cart rentals must be fully prepaid in order to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Bicycles: Starting from $15 to $35 (rates may vary depending on availability and the supplier).

Supermarket purchases are USD $50 per trip.

Babysitter, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions and various activities can be arranged by your concierge.

Chef service can be added from 120 USD - 160 USD per night (the Chef can prepare 3 Meals per day + snacks)

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
