Near Beach and Shopping| Pool & Spa

Please note that a Homeowners Association (HOA) application is required for this vacation home and must be submitted at least 20 days prior to arrival. Failure to submit the application on time may result in delays or cancellation of your stay, so please plan accordingly. A non-refundable $150 application fee and a $30 platform fee are also required.
The Beautiful Bella Lago. Guests will enjoy the quaint and quiet of this charming Bay Beach Ln property. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit features a 1 King with walk-in shower bathroom and double sink along with a queen in the guest room and private bath with tub shower combo. Stepping into the living area, the comfy couch looks out onto the lanai and pool/spa area. It comes equipped with a full kitchen for enjoying your own meals along with an extra den room. The unit features WiFi and cable with TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Guests have access to the shared pool, spa, and fitness center which are located on the other side of the condo.

The location is perfect as it's within walking distance to the bay, the Gulf Beach, and Santini Plaza for shopping and restaurants. The beach access is just across the street! Want to get out on the water? Fish Tale Marina is in the same area and features chartered tours or boat rentals. With access from the southern end to avoid traffic, Bonita Springs is just a short ride away. You'll love it here. Book now and come on down for some sun and relaxation.

Great Condo - would stay again

Great experience at Bella Lago. Grounds are very pretty and well maintained. Building is right next to pool- not a ton of chairs at the pool and people did reserve chairs while we were there. There is easy access via crosswalk and walkway to gorgeous natural beach across street. Easy surface lot parking (no pass needed). Lots of codes (separate codes to get into building, into condo unit, and into/out of pool. ) Nice grills available for use. Exercise room is on the second floor of the building to the south of the pool (room 121) - need key to get in (not code.) Condo is well equipped, four beach towels and some shampoo/conditioners were provided. Master bedroom is large and has a nice bathroom with a great shower. Second bedroom has a double bed and dresser and is small - not much floor space besides bed. Second bathroom is right by this room. There is also a den (no closet) that has a trundle daybed! So two more twin sized beds! Kitchen seems well equipped - didn’t cook much but did notice the pots/pans are not great (loose handles, etc.). Refrigerator is full sized and there is an ice maker in freezer. Never did laundry but there is a full sized washer and dryer in an actual laundry room in the condo. Showers in bathrooms were great - nice water pressure and never got cold. All and all a great condo that we would stay in again if in the area. Cons: had to rent beach chairs/umbrella for the week - none provided Blinds in master bedroom are not great

Great place

Very good condo. We love the quiet area where Bella Lago is located. Very nicely appointed and very clean, everything works great. Even the dishwasher does a great job, which is a rarity with rentals, and the knives are sharp. I only wish there were oven mitts. The condo, just like all the units in the complex, overlooks the lake with a fountain and is right next to the pool. We loved to have our meals on the screened lanai. The only downside with this condo is that you don't have access to the covered parking or the unit storage area. It was tough to clean the beach gear of the sand after each use to be able to bring it into the condo. That also made it impossible to use the beach cart, as it was too bulky to clean. Please keep that in mind when renting the beach gear, which you have to do as none comes with the condo. Plenty of beach and other towels. There is no food in this rental, not even salt or pepper. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Easter 2022

We have stayed in the building perviously when it was first developed. We enjoy the location( Beach, Marina, Town Naples and fit and finish). We enjoyed using the grill and pool. Property is in close proximity to my mother. Loved the unit and it was tastefully decorated. Customer care was very helpful.. Thank you for making a wonderful vacation😎‼️

Overall very nice place.

Very happy with the condo overall. It was as advertised and pretty clean. There was a few broken slats on the hanging blinds in the master bedroom that could lead to self exposure if you were not careful and a few scrapes of paper and trash left from previous renters.
