Property purchased in november 2016 and underwent refurbishments for January 2017 rental. New hardwood floors. Fresh paint throughout. all new furnishings, beds and linens. The master bath was updated in september 2017 including a walk-in shower. The kitchen was updated in 2018.

Week stay for baseball tournament
This house was PERFECT! The location was great, it was roomy and very clean! The beds and couches wwre extremely comfotable. And the property owner was very prompt and accessible with questions. I would stay here again!!!

The PGA Community is surrounded by numerous public golf courses as well as the 5 resort courses at PGA National. An LA Fitness center is located in the PGA Commons with a PUBLIX grocery across PGA BLVD. Juno Beach is within 15 minutes. PGA Blvd has over 100 restaurants with the Gardens Mall nearby. Additional nightlife and shopping can be found at City Place and Worth Avenue only 15 minutes away. As well as many Live Theatre options and cinemas. Palm Beach International Airport is a quick in and out terminal with a short 20 minute drive to the cottage.
