This beautifully appointed holiday home offers comfort, privacy, and breathtaking views – the perfect setting for your beachside getaway. Please note this property is a holiday rental, not a principal place of residence, and there are no shared rooms.

Perched high on the hill, this spacious family beach house overlooks the ocean and lush bushland, offering panoramic views across all of Point Lookout.

The ground level features a double lock-up garage, the main entrance, and a generous family room – a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Three bedrooms are also located on this level, including a smaller room with a bunk and single bed, accessed via the garage – ideal for kids or teenagers.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly onto large wraparound decks, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and alfresco meals. Also on this level is the enormous master bedroom with its own ensuite, along with a convenient powder room for guests.

Whether you’re traveling as a couple, family, or group, the generous layout of this home ensures everyone can relax and enjoy their own space.

* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

The house is very roomy with sliding doors everywhere which let's the sea breeze through. Downstairs fridge/freezer doesn't work properly and shower water pressure is poor but apart from those minor issues the house is fantastic.

Home is very spacious and easily accommodated our two families. Kangaroos visited in the evening and kookaburras in the morning. The pool table was great entertainment however it is showing signs of wear and tear. Downstairs bathroom could do with an upgrade but is functional. Overall a great stay.

Every year in August we make the trip to Stradbroke Island to enjoy the magnificent sight of the migrating whales and the view from the balcony at 3 Pratt Court is breathtaking. Well appointed home with plenty of space for everyone. Will definitely be booking this house again next year!

Massive Beach home, ocean views family friendly with pool table

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 9 days with a family of five and the kids are from mid teen to 9 years of age. Has a large pool table and separate zones to sit spread over two levels Endless kitchen supplies and plates/glasses etc and large fridge plus second fridge downstairs. No air conditioning though which would be great if it did as it would be hot mid summer but fine really at Easter time although humidity this year has been worse than previous. Large high ceilings and fans. Needs a deep clean now so not as clean as I would like but those views and space made me overlook the details. Fantastic outdoor sweeping deck, large garage but one bunk room is off garage not as internal to house so teens fine but younger children would not suit this as a bedroom however there are two internal rooms downstairs with multiple beds. Felt secure and safe for sure. Wish it had more screens but there are some. Overall a great Straddie house. Master bedroom had very comfy bed and linen provided and fresh. We did have an awesome week and spent a lot of time on the verandahs enjoying the view.

Spacious Holiday House with Ocean views

Reviewer Comments: Pro's -A very spacious house, big verandas with good views, lots of living area, 3 couches, 2 TV's, Pool table (average condition, cue no tips)Large well equipped Kitchen, Huge Master bedroom, very comfortable bed with walk in robe and large bathroom, fully fenced yard ,big Garage lots to love about this house for entertaining and big families. Cons -a very noisy echoing house with only 3/4 walls, and louver doors not recommended for light sleepers or for a restful holiday, Or for hot weather. Lower bedrooms hot with old noisy ceiling fans, 4th bedroom bunk room has no ventilation , no screens on bedroom windows to let in air. There is a Ceiling Fan in the Master Bedroom but I challenge anyone to find the switch, I spent three weeks looking for it ! Instructions would be helpful! Roof leaks in heavy storms above Master bed. Queen Bed is very hard even for people who like a firm mattress . A beautiful house depending on what type of holiday you are looking but would be even better with a few updates and maintenance.

Best view on Straddie

When you have the best view, you dont have the luxury of being able to walk to the beach easily, so if its just relaxation you are after, this ticks the boxes. Upstairs entertainment area is excellent, but only the one bedroom up there. The nails on the deck need punching down again, they got our feet a few times .

The property was clean and well maintained with a large kitchen, deck with BBQ and a pool table downstairs. There are glass doors everywhere leading out onto the deck and the views are spectacular. There are plenty of spots on the deck to watch whales or you can just sit in the lounge and enjoy the view. The location is great with beaches, pub, shops not far away.

Pool table was a hit and the yard was great. Kangaroos and curlews galore all week. Will be back for sure. Fingers crossed with better weather next time. Can't fault it.

Amazing place to stay in this sea facing villa with big family

We stayed here for 2 nights and we truly loved this stay. Its perfect for 8-9 people including adults and kids. This house has everything you need for a family:- Kitchen with all required stuffs for cooking, bedrooms, Barbecue, Pool Table.
