Perfect St. Pete Stay!

The house was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to anything you might want. Nearby beaches and restaurants were great! Everything at the property was well stocked, clean, and ready for our family to relax! Frank was wonderful to work with, and we will definitely look to stay here again!

If the freezer worked and cleaned by cleaning crew better would have had straight 5 stars My grandchildren loved the pool, beds were comfortable, and had beach items if you forgot them. Overall it was a great experience. Would recommend

This home is a great place to stay! It was clean, had everything we needed and it was close to everything! The beds were clean and comfortable! The pool was clean and we enjoyed floating around in it (floats included). Frank and Mike were very easy to work with. We will definitely be back again!

Would just like to thank Frank for an amazing place to spend my Wifes Birthday and Mothers Day weekend at this wonderful home.Everything was just as advertised on the listing plus more.I would highly recommend this spot for Couples and Families.We had an amazing time, and enjoyed our stay very much, very comfortable and spacious home, will be looking to book again in the future.Easy check-InHost communication was above par, just a text or call away and very responsiveThanks again Frank we had a great time.

The owner, Frank and his wife Lisa are on their A game. The condition of the property, the location of the property and the amenities with all the little extras. One would need while traveling or there we will book this again.!

Cute House!!!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The pool is lovely as is the house. Beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The only downside to our trip was the refrigerator. As noted by another reviewer, the fridge part keeps things cool, not cold. We used the freezer as the fridge. Inconvenient but we made it work. I was given some compensation by the owner for the inconvenience. Overall, highly recommend.

House nice. Doors locks dont have privacy. Tv cable to complicated to used. Apliances need to replace . Invasion ants in the kitchen if you leave dishes . Pillows to soft . Nice house - needs a good cleaning

The house looked neat. The water heater was very small and not hot. The house on the surface looked clean. I would get after the third party that cleans but it was very dirty. The garage was a mess with broken glass on the floor. You had to enter the garage to use the washer and dryer. Washed clothes once and went to a laundry place because the washer smelled like fish terrible.

However, your feedback has prompted us to make adjustments, and we have increased the temperature to ensure optimal comfort during your stay. In addition, we have conducted several wash loads in the past week without detecting any unusual smells. Nevertheless, as a precautionary measure, we executed a sanitizing load with bleach. We plan to repeat this process before the arrival of the next guest to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.-To enhance the garage experience, we have thoroughly swept the area and installed a carpet runner from the door leading to the washer/dryer, providing a more comfortable surface and alleviating the need to walk directly on concrete.-As for the cleaning issues you mentioned, rest assured that we take these matters seriously. We will be addressing them with our cleaning crew to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness for our future guests.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

First off I want to start with the positive aspects of the property. The owners did everything possible to provide convenience for the vacationer's. The house is pleasantly remolded with all the modern upgrades. If you are vacationing at this property to spend most of your time at the beach, this will be okay for you. I had four kids with me and the house was really small. The pool was very tiny and dirty I spent the first hour of my stay cleaning the pool and the bathroom. The bathroom had not been touched since the previous visitors . I had to sweep mop and wash the tub and basin before it could be used. I would suggest that the owners seriously consider a new cleaning company. The vacation was not ruined but I would not choose that property again.

Very nice accommodations

Overall the house was great. Frank, the Guest Services contact, was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. The garbage disposal quit working but Frank got someone out there to fix it very quickly. The only complaint is that the showers in both bathrooms were not very clean. There were dead bugs in them so that was a bit of a turn off. Everything else was great.

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The neighborhood is quiet and the Home was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beach was a short drive to either Johns Pass or St Pete beach.we would definitely stay here again. The pool was perfect as I am not a beach fan and the rest of the family is.

Beach Vacation

This home was exactly as pictured with all of the amenities of home. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with beaches just a few miles away. We were traveling with a toddler and having everything on one level was a plus. We explored many nearby beaches during the day and played in the pool outback in the evening.
