Clean and close to village
Nice, clean, well appointed property super close to main village and ski lifts. The owners were great to work with.
We loved our stay & this apartment was perfect for us - we would highly recommend this apartment.
This apartment has sensational ski in & ski out access & there is a path which lets you walk straight into the village in about 3 minutes. There is ample room for your skis & boots & lots of hooks for your ski gear right beside the front door 👍�. We used in it in the 3 bedroom /3 bathroom format and this gave us loads of space. There were some basics in the kitchen which was wonderful - especially to get you started. The kitchen also had loads of plates & glasses etc 👍� the apartment has a great spa on one balcony and a bbq on the other. I loved the fireplace in the lounge room which immediately switches on & off. There are heated floors in the bathrooms and a thermostat which keeps the home at a cozy & not too hot temperature. There were also some games etc which added to the happy family holiday vibe. The laundry is on the top level which makes sense as this level has the master & the bunk room. The bunk room can sleep 6 the master 2 and the ground floor studio (which can be separated) has a double Murphy bed and a double sofa bed. The owners were lovely in all our communications, they were very helpful generally and connected us with grocery delivery service Sun Peaks Cargo who delivered the bulk of our groceries from a store in Kamloops as choices on the mountain are limited and expensive.

Great location, great house
We had a lovely stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you may need - even a slow cooker which was a huge bonus. Beds were comfortable, lots of space for skis and boots. Loved that Jen supplies shampoo & conditioner too. Minutes walk to town and ski in and out off the Green Giant slope. Loved all the runs the mountain has to offer too. We will be back. Thanks for letting us stay.
We are located next to a park and playground and 2 minutes walk to the central village area with nightlife and shops. Ice rink and outdoor pool and tennis courts are 1 minute walk. We are walking distance to all major activities.
Groceries are available in Sunpeaks but selection is limited. Its worth stocking up on your way through Kamloops

We live in nearby Kamloops BC and Sunpeaks is a great destination year round for our family to get away and enjoy the bc outdoors together. Hiking, mountain biking and golf in the summer, skiing and snowsports in the winter and fishing year round there is always something for us to get outside and do.

Our unit has a flexible configuration and as a three bedroom is perfect for two families with kids travelling together. The lower suite is like a second master bedroom and the bunk room is the perfect hangout for kids.
