Ideal location. Cozy Sunpeaks townhouse great for famillies or groups
Townhouse in Snow creek village. Ski in ski out onto gentle giant (beginner hill) and down to the main lifts and lodge area. The house is a 3 bedroom three bath. Mountain views throughout. Cabin style décor. Lots of room for larger families to gather in the living areas. The complex is across the street from the new outdoor ice rink and two minute walk to the main village area. This is the closest townhouse complex to the village and main ski lifts.
There are three levels.
The lower level is a bachelor suite, with queen bed and double hide-a bed (pictures for this are listed as second bedroom). The lower room has a kitchenette area within it.
The top level has a master bedroom with king bed, and a bunk room with a queen/queen and a single/single bunk beds. All rooms have their own tv, and the bunk room has Nintendo wii for the kids. Newly added lounge area for kids and teens off the bunk room.
Washer and dryer and full bathroom are on the upper level as well. Laundry supplies and basic bathroom amenities are included.
The main floor has an open concept kitchen, dining and living areas and a second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and basic spices, oils etc are provided. There is a bbq on the deck off the kitchen. The living room is large with lots of room for family and friends. There is a 55 inch tv and fireplace. There is a 5 person hot tub on the main floor patio.
We live in nearby Kamloops and are happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities if needed.
Prices listed are for the full 3 bedroom rental for 6 adults. Additional adults are $60/night extra up to a maximum of 11 adults (very cozy sleeping arrangements with 11 adults!!) No additional charge for children 18y and under.

Hiking, mountain biking and golf in the summer, skiing and snowsports in the winter and fishing year round there is always something for us to get outside and do.
