The entrance is lined with beautiful palms and tropical foliage. A columned portico brings you into the grand landscaped courtyard, flanked by covered cloister walkways surrounding the entrance. Pools frame the walkway, setting the stage for a stunning view of the sapphire sea, Caribbean sky, stately palms, and Anguilla in the distance. Step outside to the villa's main terrace and you find yourself looking out to Petite Plage beach, accessible down a short staircase.



Covered and open terraces span the length of this estate villa. The large horseshoe-shaped heated pool sits at the sea's edge. In the center of the horseshoe is a covered loggia for relaxing by the pool. A hot tub sits near sits nearby for ultimate relaxation. Additionally, the villa also has an on-site manager skilled in taking care of your needs and easy access down the beach to the Grand Case Beach Club restaurant and bar.



Five of the six-bedroom suites have sea views. All bedrooms have refrigerators, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. Five suites are at ground level. The master suite, with a large private terrace overlooking the sea, sits in a private oasis at the top of a marble staircase. Every bedroom has a stylish and unique decor, plus stunning spa-style bathrooms in a mix of luxury surfaces. Several bathrooms have fantastic tubs and outdoor showers. One has wheelchair access. The sixth bedroom is in a private casita off the courtyard.



Although very secluded, you are steps from the fantastic culinary scene of Grand Case and its boutique shopping. You are a short drive to Hope Estate for gourmet grocery shopping and the amazing wines and food of Bacchus. You are 10 minutes to Orient Beach, 20 minutes to Marigot, and 30 minutes to the International airport.

Temperature

Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature.

As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature,

which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain.

Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

- The guests are not allowed to change the pool temperature by themselves.

- If the guests have a specific temperature they prefer please inform the concierge team prior to the arrival as the pool temperature needs to be set by the maintenance team



Guest Access:

Arrival and Departure Transfer

Complimentary Transfers

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
