From the moment you step into our stunning 2-bedroom Monthélie vacation rental apartment you will feel right at home. A spacious living room leads to an open plan kitchen and dining room, providing the perfect place for you to enjoy your Paris stay in comfort. Leading off of the living room is a charming balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower nearby. With 2 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms plus a dining room and fully equipped kitchen, this apartment effortlessly combines French décor and modern luxury. Whether you catch up with friends and family with a chic dinner “chez vous” or simply enjoy a coffee on the balcony to enjoy the view, the Monthélie apartment will make your time in Paris truly memorable.

THE LOCATION
Right in the heart of the 7th arrondissement near the Eiffel Tower, Monthélie is surrounded by the best bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops and sights that Paris has to offer. With only a few minutes’ walk you will find the Eiffel Tower and the beautiful Champs de Mars garden. A few steps more and you are strolling along the romantic Seine River. Monthélie’s charming setting is the ideal spot to enjoy the best of the Parisian lifestyle in the elegant Parisian Left Bank.

Things To Note:

Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.

Living room can fully close for privacy when sofa bed is in use.

No air conditioning, 3 powerful Dyson Bladeless fans placed throughout the property.

There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible..

No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.

PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later at the airport, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Paris

Stayed 5 nights with my family and this great apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy the best sights in Paris (especially the Eiffel Tower!). Communication with Paris Perfect and level of service overall was great. Definitely recommend staying here.

7th Arrondissement Gem

This apartment is appointed with everything you would find in a high end hotel. The linens are lovely, the bath items are wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with every item you would need to prepare a gourmet meal which you may want to do because the local shops are fantastic. The location is the star attraction. To wake up to the Eiffel Tower and end your day with the tower’s twinkling lights is magical. The neighborhood has wonderful bistros and restaurants steps away. It is a quick walk to the Trocadero and Ducasse sur Seine is docked at the Pont d’lena bridge if looking for a special lunch or dinner. The beds are comfortable and the trundle bed in the living room made it very comfortable for six easy going guests. We were there at the tail end of the Canicule this July so the automatic shut off of the air conditioning from 8pm to 8 am made a comfortable night sleep difficult. It was not made clear that AC was limited at the time of booking but it was shared on the check in documents which came several weeks before arrival and after full payment making it difficult to make other arrangements. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is a special home but would avoid in the summer months.

Top Notch Paris Apartment & Host <3

We just returned from an 8 night stay in this beautiful Paris apartment!!! The apartment, the host’s Lisa and Debbie, the location, everything about this place is top notch! Along for the trip was myself, my husband and our 4 children ages; 14, 12, 12, and 4. The apartment was exactly as described and looks just like the photos. It was very clean!!! Sheets and towels are all provided. They also provided start up water, wine, coffee, tea, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, body moisturizer, toilet paper, and paper towels. These items were not expected, but really elevated the exsperience. The balcony overlooking the beautiful Eiffel Tower was STUNNING! I cannot tell you how many hours I personally spent sitting there drinking coffee/wine in awe of our view. There are a variety of cafe’s on the same block of the apartment, along with to go coffee options, a pharmacy and a grocery around the corner. If you want to eat in, UberEats delivers anything you could want, right to the front door. Everything about this rental agency and apartment is deserving of a 5* rating. Perhaps my only gripe could be that there isn’t a self check in process and that there is no AC. However, I want to make it clear that this rental agency does a STELLAR job. Being a fellow VRBO owner and 5* host myself, I can assure you that what Paris Perfect is accomplishing with their VRBO’s takes a TON of work and organization. This company cares for their guest and their exsperience. Do not look any further, rent from Paris Perfect, and you will not be disappointed! Thank you for delivering and exceeding our expectations in every way! We cannot wait to rent from Paris Perfect again….until next time ;-)

The apartment was exactly as pictured and we were very pleased. You get hotel amenities with he luxury of a spacious apartment. The central AC was great and were our views of the Eiffel Tower. We also bought it was a fantastic location. Would highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

The decision to choose this apartment was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks, museum and fabulous open-air markets and specialty food stores. The 7th offered it all!

We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know our favorite cheese and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. .

We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
