This 130 square meter (1400 square feet) three-bedroom three-bathroom duplex apartment is located in a charming and newly renovated townhouse owned by a Franco-American family between Saint Germain des Prés and the Eiffel Tower steps from Invalides, Musée Rodin, the Seine and the Bon Marché. The house is found at the corner of avenue de Breteuil and avenue Duquesne. There are only two residential units in the building, the other one is kept for the owners.

This flat was fully renovated in 2023 by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with high end appliances, granite countertops, and stocked with nice china, wooden floors, custom made cabinets, nice bathrooms finished in stone and tiles. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
It can sleep up to 7 people (including a air bed for one person).

Please note that one bedroom has nice ventilation but no windows.

Great location

Everything was excellent. Spacious property. Quiet/safe neighborhood with very access to metro. Responsive host. Will likely use again when back to Paris.

Modern and clean apartment in great neighborhood

Our family stayed here during the December 2024 holiday. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, had comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a very cozy living room for reading and watching movies. The host was very responsive to all inquiries, the check-in process was easy, and the location was absolutely fantastic - close to the metro and many good restaurants and local shops. We would highly recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving in Paris

Well appointed flat in terrific neighborhood location that easily fit family of 5 adults for 6 nights. Very comfortable, clean and nicely renovated flat has several separate spaces if privacy is needed, but also big spaces to accommodate group centrally for conversation and games. Beds were very comfortable. Many restaurants in walking distance with an excellent boulangerie 2 blocks away and grocery store and pharmacy 1 block away. Metro is 4 minute walk. Shopping in the 6th arrondissement is 15 minute walk as is Musee Rodin. Tour Eiffel is about 25 minute walk down a boulevard and the Lourvre and Musee D'Orsay is about 30 minutes. Runners will like the access to boulevards and parks. All had a great stay and would readily stay again.

Exquisite property in the 7th arrondissement

We spent 6 action packed days and blissfully peaceful nights in this beautiful and immaculate house. Property mgr greeted us at the door and explained the operation of everything. The kitchen had everything we needed for several evenings dining in and the host made many suggestions for where to dine out that were wonderful!! We hope to return to Paris soon and this property would be at the top of our list when we go back!!!

Wonderful Location in Parisian Neighborhood, Close to Sites

The location is fabulous. Very close to sites. The neighborhood market is charming and you can purchase wonderful cheese, fruits, baked goods. We loved having the big kitchen so we could prepare meals at home. Several bus lines and a metro line are close by. Check-in is very smooth and the hosts are very welcoming.

Family get-away

We selected this property because it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and that was very important to us. Lucky us that the property is beautifully appointed, light cleaning included, and in a wonderful location. The owner is in the same building so attentive but not intrusive. Though we were out and about for a good portion of the day we relaxed at the property in the evenings and cooked in the kitchen a few times. There was everything we needed. The flat is multi level with stairs so those renting should be mindful of that.

Excellent property

Lovely modern apartment - well equipped and appointed. Comfortable beds, working air conditioners in each bedroom, good hot water system. Greeted by housekeeper/manager who provided a full walk-through. We had no problems during the 4 night stay. Location was walkable to cafe’s, nearby Les Invalides and Montparnasse rail station.

Family of six for Olympics

Quality of home, location, and service all exceeded expectations. Host was very responsive and was very helpful during a busy summer Olympic schedule. We have family of six and all were pleased with our stay and how nice our experience was. Air conditioning was amazing on 90+ heat. Kitchen was nicely done allowing us to cook a couple meals at home while dining our nearby on other nights. Really great experience. 10/10.

Great Place in Paris!

Our family had a delightful visit for the opening week of the Olympics. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our group of six. The A/C was a huge plus in late July. The host was very welcoming and let us check in several hours early, which was an enormous help on arrival day. The big draw for this apartment is the location—which for our family’s purposes, would be hard to beat. We were in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and very close to a whole range of great bakeries, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend.

A Paris Gem

Fabulous property! Ideally located near two metro stations less than 5 minutes’ walk, with nearby grocery, bakery, and restaurants. Easy access to Paris’ sites. The host was very welcoming and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. Light cleaning every other day by the housekeeper was a nice extra. It is a ground floor flat with lots of light, and the a/c works well. There are some half flights of steps inside for those with younger children or older family members. The listing and pictures are very accurate; plenty of space for families to sprawl. Overall an amazing stay!

This apartment is exactly as what you see in the pictures. The host met us outside the apartment. The apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equip. Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Wonderful week in Paris

We had a beautiful stay at this wonderful location. The apartment was spacious and has excellent amenities. The location is within walking distance of everything and the neighborhood is quaint, local and not touristy. The host and housekeeper were very responsive and the checkin was seamless. We found terrific restaurants, boulangeries and wine stores nearby and affordable priced.

Thanksgiving break

The apartment is very well designed, charming, and conveniently located to museums and bars/restaurants in the 7th/6th Arr. There is also nearby shopping for groceries and bakery items for the kitchen, which is fully stocked including a drip and nespresso coffee makers. Checking in and out was very easy with clear instructions. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and of good proportions. Laundry room is also a plus.

Fabulous flat in Paris

We had such a great stay at this location in Paris. We were walking distance to everything we needed and we received incredible recommendations from the host. Perfect Location, Beautiful Apartment

Our family (me, my wife, 2 teens and 10 year old) had a lovely 4-day stay this fall. The apartment is very nicely finished, very new/high end and identical to the photos. It was our first say in Paris and the location is perfect! Centered between Eiffel tower, Louvre, catacombs, Notre Dame & shopping. Subway/metro is less then 5 minute walk, small grocery store is 30sec walk. Lots of restaurants within 10min walk. The host was very helpful, check in was smooth. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Remodeled townhouse

This VRBO condominium was a nicely remodeled apartment in a safe, pleasant, child, friendly part of Paris in the 7th arrondissement. I and my retired husband, son, daughter-in-law and grands 1, 3, and 6 year old had a great time. There were no issues with the the multilevel stairs, but we were careful. The location has easy access to parks, the Invalid, and walking distance to several museums, restaurants, etc. Our host was very responsive to getting a few requested items. He appreciated feedback and was thoughtful, helpful, and friendly. The cleaning person was a fabulous addition to our stay. Thanks again for sharing your home.

visite formidable!

An almost perfect stay for all of us (6 family members with . ages from 58-95). Lovely, comfortable modern home with all the conveniences and a super location on a quiet, tree lined street with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We spent 12 delightful days there and definitely recommend it for 6 people of any age. This was the first visit to Paris for one of us and one of many visits for the rest of the group and we all agreed on how enjoyable our stay was.

A perfect property

This property could not have been more perfect for our family of 5’s first trip to Paris. It was a dream from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect. It is in the middle of everything without all the hustle of the touristy areas. A 15 minute walk in any direction and you will hit the Eiffel Tower to the west, great shopping at Bon Marche to the east, Napolean’s tomb and Rodin museum to the north. You have a choice of two metro stops that can quickly whisk you to Versailles for the day (which was amazing). The neighborhood has several grocery stores, restaurants and cafés. The street is quiet and an easy Uber or Taxi pickup location and we always felt 100% safe. We felt like locals in this very large and well appointed property. It has all the amenities and American creature comforts – AC, separate washer and dryer, full massive kitchen – oven, range, large refrigerator, dish washer, huge family room, dining room, bed rooms, and bathrooms. The owners and housekeeper were amazing to connect with! We loved the housekeeper – what an awesome perk of this property. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. A “pro-tip” sheet was provided that gave us extremely helpful information about the neighborhood and we took advantage of every tip! We have told all our friends to stay here and we cannot wait to come back!!!

Beautiful accommodation, neighborhood and location!

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful, even better than pictures. Property is as described and served us very well and met our needs as we had hoped. We were thankful for the space, the neighborhood and location. Quiet, safe neighborhood for our family but close to all the activities, night life, restaurants, metro. Air conditioning works great. Highly recommend!

Great quiet location and newly remodeled

We had three great nights here with our four kids. Building is very secure and recently remodeled and has all the creature comforts. The only complaints were lack of wifi in the lower rooms and the window didn’t open so felt a little claustrophobic in the kitchen.

We are a Franco-American family based in London, and spending time in Paris and Provence. Ludovic (French) met Olivia (American) during his graduate studies in NYC.
Ludovic began a Paris rental business ten years ago and we now also own three beautiful properties near St Remy de Provence.
We have been fortunate to have met wonderful people through VRBO in the last decade. An appreciation of a certain taste and lifestyle is usually something we have in common with the guests who pick our homes.
Paris and Provence are two places where our family is deeply rooted. We have put a lot of heart into making these homes welcoming and comfortable and we hope that we’ll have the chance to host you !
