Awesome Home

Family of 10 stayed here for a Disneyworld/Universal trip! Plenty of space for everyone and was nice everyone had their own bathrooms. Definitely recommend!

Rock 'n' Roll

We had a great time this past week! The house was perfect and exactly what was described. The added amenity of the waterpark was a HUGE hit with the kids. Will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

Everything we were looking for!

This house was 100% as depicted in the photos. The check in process was simple. It was clean, modern, and pool was amazing. We have stayed at multiple houses in the Encore community and this was my favorite so far.

My family had a wonderful time at this location. The jeeves customer service respresentatives answered right away and answered/ resolved all questions. The house was clean and beautiful. Pool and splash pad were great!! We would book this exact location in the future!

Great villa, excellent location

Having been to Florida many times this is the first staying at Encore. The location was excellent, a short drive to all the amenities on 192 and Disney. The club house was brilliant with great quality food, especially breakfasts. The villa was very nicely presented with lovely bedrooms. A couple of niggles with missing equipment and damaged fly screen but nothing that prevented this being a first class villa that meant we had a lovely family holiday.

Enjoyed!

We enjoyed the property a lot. Enjoyed the themed rooms A LOT. really cool effects. Kitchen was beautiful. Didn’t love any of the couches because the cushions don’t stay put but we were still plenty comfortable while sitting on them. Overall we very much enjoyed this property.

Beautiful property

Property was absolutely Beautiful, clean and all appliance modern. I had no criticisms, however due to layout of the villas you are able to be seen in pool as there is no foliage between the 2 properties. This property is located on on end plot by the road but there is a good distance that does not have an impact. also the description could benefit from a layout. Overall this has been the best property I have stayed in to date beautiful decor and layout management company very good at replying. Encore resort benefits from bus shuttles to parks, clubhouse, pool small water park and restaurant.

Excellent Stay!!

Loved this place! Clean, plenty of room to feel like all 11 of us had enough space to be together and apart when needed. Game room was fun but the pool and hot tub were the hit! Wish the resort water park hours were longer but can’t complain as we were the ones that booked so much to do while we were there. Took awhile to get the pool alarm figured out as the door was very sensitive and had to be closed within a half of centimeter of the starting position or it would sound the alarm. Better instructions or having one half of the door locked (instead of both freely sliding) would have helped. Pool pump quite working and had to wait about 36 hours for them to fix, but other than that, very responsive!! Would recommend.

Great House, Disappointed with property management

We ordered a high chair for the house, but they gave us a stroller instead. I called multiple times. They never fixed the mistake so I gave up. When I called after the trip to get reimbursed for the high chair they never gave us, Jeeves property management gave us the run around. I still haven’t received a refund weeks later. This was surprising and disappointing because before the trip, they were very responsive to all my questions. The House is very clean and beautiful with cool theme rooms. It has a fantastic splash pad for little kids. Unfortunately, the house borders a main road with no privacy while using the pool. The house comes with access to the community water park, which is amazing! The house is a very short walk to the restaurant (which had surprisingly good food) and the water park. The pina coladas at the pool bar were delicious as well.
