NORTH BEACH BAY HOUSE - Remodeled architecturally significant spacious home enjoys breathtaking bay views from 4 furnished decks and all sitting areas. A one of a kind roof top deck (with wet bar and fridge), giving you 360 degrees view of the island, provides both shaded entertaining and lounging in the sun or beautiful sunsets and fireworks during holidays. This house is outfitted with a large modern kitchen and conveniently located first floor washer and dryer. There are 3 flat screen televisions with cable and internet access. The 3 downstairs bedrooms have 2 queens and the 3rd a bunk (single on top and double on bottom.) The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a queen and a king in the master bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping option. 2-car garage and additional parking spaces are a plus. Access to the bay through a private road, and to the ocean through track 1111B across the Blvd. New gazebo, canopy and deck furniture on roof top deck.
