The house was perfect for our group of 12. Just minutes from the beach was a highlight, excellent spot on the island. The house itself was very well kept up and had everything we needed (beach chairs, bikes, etc). Huge kitchen and open living room that we spent a lot of time in. The rooftop deck was excellent form sunsets and for my kids to hang out at night. Our host Al was very communicative helping us figure out a few things in the house, very quick responses. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re taking a group to LBI !

Great few days at the beach

The house is great for a large group. We had our adult children come with a few friends and our grandchildren. Everyone had their own space that was perfect for them. We had pretty rainy weather so the large gathering space was very much appreciated. Would recommend having more towels and some basics like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap and enough tp and paper towels for the length of rental and number of people the home accommodates. A little goes a long way! Some wine glasses would also be nice. Overall a great property
