Enjoy expansive bay views and a peaceful canal, perfect for spotting dolphins and manatees right from your primary bedroom or living room. Slide open the glass doors to your private lanai and take in the breathtaking scenery.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features a central island, bar seating, and ample storage—ideal for cooking and entertaining. From the kitchen and dining area, you'll continue to enjoy spectacular water views.
The spacious primary suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, smart TV with Roku/antenna, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has direct access to the lanai, where the washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in a closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a smart TV, with a full guest bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Two luxury twin-size memory foam rollaway beds are available, bringing maximum occupancy to six guests. Starter essentials, linens, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
