Relaxing trip

It was a nice getaway for the weekend. The cabin was nice and clean and had everything you needed. We will be returning again for another stay.

Nice Get Away Spot

Great location to relax and head to the lake during the day that's not too far from the cabin. Also, cat is very sweet.

Amazing!!

This was probably the most relaxing, peaceful vacations we’ve had in years! Beautiful surroundings, and the locals were so nice! Definitely our place to go to from now on!

Great place

There for a fishing tournament and stayed all week. Had a wonderful time and place was great. Very clean, peaceful, secure and had everything I needed. Also loved having the cat around as well. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful and quiet

I wanted a place to stay for a few days that was quiet and had a kitchen. This cabin was those and so much more. Communication with the property manager was excellent, the property was clean and well organized, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the covered porch and pond. We plan on staying here again!

owner was very responsive and communication was great. house was clean and had a nice cat which would greet you every time you returned to the cabin. would stay again.

Peaceful, Relaxing Cabin Stay

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was exactly as we'd hoped it would be. It was peaceful and had everything you could possibly need to relax and stay a while. The scenery was beautiful, and the resident kitty Myst was so sweet and welcoming! We definitely want to come back for another stay! I recommend this cabin if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Quiet and peaceful

We stayed here for 2 nights after getting married in Talladega and we were so happy we chose this place for our mini moon—not only because it was peaceful but because there was the sweetest cat as well! Thankful for the host who allowed an early check in to make it easier after the wedding!

Fishing trip

Quiet. House supplied all that is needed a great stay. The pond is very calming. Host was easy to contact and had the info needed. The step down into the bedroom & bathroom needs signs to make you remember to do so. Trying to turn around with the boat took thought but we did it. Thanks for allowing us to stay there.

Quiet cabin in da woods

Cabin is older and rustic which we enjoyed. It is peaceful and quiet plus safe. U drive about 1/8th mile back into woods on private drive, and has plenty of parking for 2 to 3 boats and trucks. We were there to fish Logan Martin Lake and it was perfect for us. The owner is very nice and responsive to any needs u may have. There is a super awesome cat named Myst that made the trip extra special for my wife. She is very friendly and enjoys people especially her snuggle time. If you never been a cat lover tbis one will change ur mind about cats for sure. She hangs around property and will most likely greet you. If in area again, we most likely will try to make this our stay again.

Very Peaceful place

We arrived Thursday and the two dogs greeted us, we saw the big dog chasing the white cat lol. The place is very peaceful, a very good place if you want to retreat the city for few days this is the perfect place. The only thing that annoyed us was the Big stone that hard to see when you are driving at night going there, needs to paint a reflector color because its really dark there's no street lights except a light closer to the cabin but entering from the road we always missed the stone and google map don't really help all the time. The light on the front door attracts a lot of bugs so you have to always worry about the bugs entering with you when you open the door. Over all it was a very good stay. Thank you!

Great stay! Will return!!!

A few hours before our arrival the property owner reached out with more detailed instructions on checking in/directions & we remained in contact throughout our stay. The cabin was perfect for our weekend visiting the Talladega super speedway! It’s a SHORT drive to all the necessities, the track is 15 min away, minimal traffic, a dollar general is literally 10 seconds down the road for any little things you might need to grab. We utilized the grill & had all we needed to cook breakfast & lunch each day! The resident cat made our weekend extra special!!!! We took cornhole boards & enjoyed time on the porch. Definitely a great stay & upset I’m not able to get it this time next year as it’s already booked!!!

This was a great place to stay outside Birmingham while we visited some friends and family in the area. Having a retreat for the mornings and evening was so great, and the property itself is beautiful. Lots to explore and a beautiful hidden cabin

Wonderful and Peaceful Stay!

Quite and clean. Off the beaten path just far enough to disconnect. It rained all weekend but it was peaceful. Small, simple and safe. A couple of good places to eat right down the street and of course it's not far from town at all . We enjoyed the stay and will book again when back in the area!

Rustic Getaway

Beautiful and calming atmosphere. If you're used to a King Size bed, 2 full size beds are available, instead. Great place to unwind. Loved our time on the porches viewing the well kept natural areas.

Serenity Pond

This was the perfect location for my husband and I to get away. The cabin was clean and well stocked with all the necessary essentials. Fire pit, enclosed porch off of the bedroom, and pond were all icing on top! Highly recommend!

Peaceful, relaxing and serene location.

Beautiful, clean, quaint cabin on 2 acres and a gorgeous pond. Loved the quiet, peacefulness of the cabin. Had all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend. We were in town for Firefighter Nascar training and it was perfect for our 3 night stay. Only 15 mins from Talladega race track.
