Stunning southside city views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this new-build, centrally located condo in downtown south slope Asheville. This 3-bedroom features 3 king bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. The unit also provides garage parking for 1 midsize car and a 2nd assigned space outside, a private elevator, and rooftop terrace. The Biltmore Estate and the Grove Park Inn are also just a short drive away.

3rd floor- king bedroom with ensuite bath, king bedroom, full bath in hallway, laundry
4th floor- sitting area, deck, king bedroom, full bath in hallway

2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6'8 H, 8'6 W, 17' L) and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.

Girls weekend

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick weekend checking out Asheville. In walking distance to most restaurants, breweries, etc. quick drive to Biltmore. Property was perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Plenty of space to hang out exactly as pictured. Great house.

Family reunion

Property was well equipped and very clean. If you have a car larger than a Lexus 350 rx you might not be able to make the turn into the garage. Two sisters a brother and spouses thoroughly enjoyed it.

Amazing location

If you’re going to explore the brewery scene, there probably aren’t many other places to set up home base. Would definitely stay here again when we come back

A weekend with friends

The only issue we had with this house was locating the actual unit….it wasn’t that hard but we got turned around. The management company was quick to help us out and then we were on our way. It was a wonderful property and the beds were amazingly comfortable

The property is well set up for 3 couples or a family. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Property was clean and a short walk to the downtown area. Everything is very new.

Very spacious and well decorated.

The townhouse is modern and very attractive. There is an elevator if someone can’t do lots of stairs. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed.

Nice location on Asheville's south slope

Good location, short walk from breweries on Ashevilles South Slope. Cool building. I did have a bit of an issue with the check out process. We were charged a large cleaning fee when booked, but the property management company had us do a decent amount of cleaning/tidying before we left. I wouldn't mind this, however, I felt the cleaning fee was disproportionate to the cleaning service provided. In addition to this, the property was not very clean when we checked in...

Very Nice Condo

The unit was as pictured. Very clean and a great location for walking to many breweries and restaurants. We ate out most meals so didn't use the kitchen but it looked like the basics were there for cooking. It was nice to have a garage and we drive a SUV and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Good ... but

The property is new and clean. However, if your car is larger than a Mini-Cooper, good luck getting in and out of the garage. We were 6 adults as advertised - there were 2 wine glasses, 6 Kuerig coffee packs, not one support/grab rail in the bath tubs (very dangerous), one bar of soap per bathroom, and the neighborhood was not safe after dark. The bedding was good, adequate towels, plenty of utensils, but the stairs (16 between each floor) were not user friendly, so the elevator was used a lot. The rooftop "deck" had a nice table and chairs with a good view of the parade of homeless buying beer at the convenience store directly across the street.

Great new condo in convenient location!

Really spacious lodging and comfortable environment to spend a long weekend. All but two wine glasses seem to be missing but otherwise we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!

The property was CLEAN!

The property was clean and in excellent condition. my friends and I were visiting the Biltmore house for the weekend(three couples). The property had three bedrooms with three bathrooms. It was perfect each couple had their own bed and bath. The property also had and private elevator that went to each floor.The property was in a good location we were close to the Biltmore house and also some great restaurants. We had a great weekend.

Nice clean updated townhome

We were pretty happy with the accomodations, liked that we could walk to good restaurants. Immediate area was a bit sketchy but didn't feel unsafe, although if I was a single woman I wouldn't stay here. One note, the front bedroom is very loud, all the traffic noise and people noise (general talking and some loud yelling) kept waking up the couple sleeping in that room. Also, don't understand if we are paying a cleaning fee, why we have to strip the beds and take the garbage out. That just seemed like a lot to ask. Overall, for our purposes, we were happy with our stay.
